Ross Dress for Less, Plano TX

I always find great things here. Even though you do have to sift through it is still worth it to find great deals and buys.

Fast and great customer service! The selection was not great but i found good shoes for the kids! Overall happy!

It was okay, but could have been better.
Only one cashier. He needs some training on
how to fold women's pants, which is not hard to
do. He just rolled them up and placed them in the
bag. I didn't notice what he was doing, because I
was placing my card in the machine for payment.
I discovered it when I got home to remove them from the bag to hang them up.

Not much can be found in this Ross in Plano. The shopping strip is decaying, so as the selection offered in this Ross store.
Horrible mess on the shelves, disorganized sections, mixed-up sizes, and lack of assistance are just few features I found in Ross of Plano.

I have purchased only very few dresses at Ross but have purchased a lot other stuffs for home decor, baggages, comforters and more. They have very good collections for home and living and kitchen too. I am not much impressed by the dresses at Ross. But Its a very good shopping spot for home decor. They are reasonable price too.

Good place to find items for your home and clothing for the whole family. Generally well kept and good customer service.

I have had a lot of success at Ross in the past, but my most recent visit was a little disappointing. I was looking for jeans, but al the ones they had were more like jeggings than jeans. I also only occasionally have luck finding skirts there. But if you're looking for tops, I can pretty much always find one or more that are hard to pass up. And they are one of my first stops if I'm looking for household items like towels, rugs, kitchen items, and even luggage.

In general, they are cheaper than Marshalls/TJ Max, but their selection and brands also tend to be slightly inferior. Still, I've rarely purchased an item from Ross that didn't meet my expectations for quality, and their return policy protected me in the two instances where the clothing items I obtained fell apart with the first wash.

A great place to shop for good offers and deals. But today atleast, the shelves were empty and the store wore a deserted look. This Ross is good for dresses but at times one can get good kitchen items too.

Need to work on their customer service! Even if there isn’t a long line they shouldn’t be on their phones listening to music and talking with one other when they should be helping at the cash registers or cleaning up.
