When you have an appointment, Life and Service are good; without an appointment, less attention is paid to you, and mistakes can be made. Overall, I do LOVE the outcome every appointment I've made ️ Not likely to venture out elsewhere, ever! (Update: went a another stylist due to them being closed during COVID.they, ROSS, fried my hair off in the back! They over processed my hair and they FAILED to mention it to me is going to take a long while to grow back! $300 for dishonesty? ! I’m so upset! Why did it take someone else taking pics to show me their mistakes? ! Accidents happen all the time, but to cover it up. I can NEVER TRUST THIS PLACE AGAIN!)

Angelica is amazing! She got my virgin hair super blonde without frying my hair! Everyone in the salon is super friendly too!

Friendly staff that do great work and make u feel comfortable for the time being there. They inform you before hand. The only place I trust for awesome highlights and color.

I never write reviews, because in know it can be hard to run a business but I can't not say something, this was the worst hair experience I have ever had.my hair has been butchered and is so uneven. It was a simple mans haircut and it is absolutely terrible. On top of the haircut I found the front desk to be unfriendly and the establishment to be dirty, I walked in and there were spiders on the seats. I will not be returning there.

I luuuuv this place, been coming here for years n they never fail. They r the best. Stephanie.nicole n everyone there. I wouldn't go ny where else.

1. I called to book an appointment and when I arrived for my appointment the person said. " I don't do updos".
2. I actually emailed a picture of my hairstyle to Ross' Hair Salon so they were WELL AWARE that I was requesting an updo
3. So I got a " fill-in" hairstylist.who refused to speak English to ME
4. Zero tip because after all of this trouble and an absolutely horrible hairstyle which made me cry
. This place had the absolute NERVE to charge me $10 OVER the standard cost of an updo. I was charged $65 for a hairstyle I DIDN'T want from a person who Refused to speak English to me. Dear god I will NEVER step in this place again ever.

Bianca is literally the best, she fixed my hair and made it beautiful. People shouldn't complain about the price, you get what you pay for! It's totally worth the time and wait ️ My hair looks amazing!

Been going to this Hair Salon for years. The staff is friendly. The styles are up-to-date, and they make people look beautiful when they walk out of there!

My mother in law went to go get her hair colored here and came out with horribly damaged hair! Her hair was broken in all different areas and felt like straw! The lady who did her hair neglected her the entire time, she had her sit there and went on to work on another person's hair. No timer was set so no clue how long she had to sit there! My mother in law spent close to $200 to have a terrible experience and for her hair to be damaged and having to end up cutting it because it was damaged that bad! Her hair was mid back and now above her shoulders! So much money spent to color her hair to have it damaged and have to end up cutting it all off and still has to treat her hair to try and get it healthy again the way it was before going here! Definitely don't recommend, they seem to not put time into all of their customers.

Hadn't had my hair done in awhile. I was a little bit nervous but as soon as I walked in everyone was so nice and sweet. I felt like I could trust them all. I did my hair with Bianca and it came out fantastic. From the cut to the color the experience was great. I would definitely recommend!

Had my hair done by Angelica and I love it! I got highlights, color and cut and even though its a little pricey it was worth every penny! Ive had so many compliments already and its only been a day since it was done. Thankyou again!

Took myself and 2 little ones to get shampoo, haircuts and style. Had an appointment but not with anyone in particular. We had 2 different stylists and all our haircuts were phenomenal! Will definitely recommend to anyone needing quality cuts, color and style at a good price. The establishment is always clean, receptionist is very nice and friendly along with every employee. I came here a few months ago as a walk in and Eva the owner did my hair and I was in love with their work on the spot!

I've been to Cinta about 4 times now, and each visit I leave feeling like a million bucks. I always go to Ben Torres for my color, and he's done an amazing job every single time. He's taken me from dark brown to very light blonde to almost black again, with ease and a little time. I highly recommend scheduling a consultation or color with him.:)

Very dissatisfied with the service and especially the owner I believe Eva she was to consume on her self had to go back to tone down the color of my hair because they didn't do what I told them I wanted. Won't go there EVER AGAIN.

I had an appointment with Marcus. I have long hair and I’m super low maintenance with it. All I wanted was a minimal trim and for the front of my hair to be framed around my face. Marcus had no clue what I was asking of, and instead of confirming what I wanted or trying to understand or talk to me at all for that matter, he proceeded with the cut. I ended up with a chunk of hair at the front that was to my chin and the next piece of hair was my original length about 10” longer! He barely even trimmed the back of my hair. It took him less than a minute. Then when I told him the one chunk of short hair in the front isn’t what I wanted he called ANOTHER hairstylist over and she had to come fix it. Although, she was able to frame the hair around my face somewhat like I wanted it was still much shorter than I anticipated because Marcus had already cut too much in the first place. I didn’t realize it was so difficult to give a trim. Every other client there was getting some kind of color so you would think the simplest trim would be an easy job for them but I guess not. I give Marcus a rating of 1 star and the salon itself a two. The front desk staff was okay but didn’t seem to care that I upset about my service.

Dali, has been my hairdresser for over 10 years and each and every time she does an amazing job on my hair. May it be cut, color and great products.she does it all. I'm so happy with my hair, again!

Friendly front desk. The hair cutter had me facing away from the mirror. I wasn't able to see what she was doing. I ended up with the choppy look. It is my fault because I was supposed to ask for Elaine as a recommendation from a friend. Instead, I told them I would take whomever is available. Four days later ang I'm feeling sad because my hair looks choppy. Not all hair dressers are good so choose wisely.
