I had my haircut today and was unhappy with my haircut, as it didn't flow well with my part. I called and they were more than happy to fix it. It looks excellent! The owner herself fixed it. They give you three days to fix it for free. They refused a new tip for the service even! Some of these reviews are just plain silly. I'll be a lifelong client as long as my husband and I are in San Antonio.
I have never had my hair dyed or anything along those lines. I was unsure of dying or getting highlights done. I have never been to Ross but read the reviews and scheduled an appointment. My hairdresser was Julian. He did such an amazing job on my hair. He made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I've gotten so many compliments on my hair. Thank you Julian for making me look and feel like a superstar!
If I could give negative stars I would! Went in for an appointment with julian that was made the day prior while getting a consult for price ECT. Waiting patiently, then got asked to go with another stylist Dali. I showed her a picture and this is what I got. I LEFT IN TEARS AFTER STILL HAVING TO PAY OVER 200 DOLLARS. Messaged the owner and her niece/manager. They said sorry but we can"fix" it but you have to still pay full price for the fix. Like really? Yeah let me give you more money to make me cry. Never any sympathy. Then my sister went there and got her wallet stolen. Go figure!
Great Salon with a fun and fresh attitude, book early because this place is bumping busy! Cuts and color are amazing and the staff is always getting down to the music. Love this place Steff and Laura did my make up and updo for my wedding and did I love it! Make and hair stayed all night long and my curls lasted the next day! Make this your go to place to step out looking and feeling like royalty!
I've been going to Ross Hair Salon for years now. Dali is ALWAYS on point with coloring, cutting and styling my naturally curly hair! Thank you SO MUCH Dali;-)
