29Well rare that I give a 5 star rating. Long story short. Heater went out and when I called the tech was at my door in 25 min. Fixed the unit that was bad and also checked the other one for good measure. Double thumbs up!
Tyler and Paul were terrific. They explained everything and we're very profesional and polite. Highly recommend them. Wish I would get them everytime.

The most unprofessional, dishonest company I have ever hired. Still 5 months later, still the same problems. This is after we were talked into and "needed" new units. We bought 2. Still ac not working the way it is suppose to or guaranteed to.no calls backs, no follow up.they only care about money. Not customer service. So upsetting for a family with 5 kids.money doesn't grow on trees around here!
These guys were so friendly, so professional and polite. They were very kind to my small children and dogs that kept trying to get underfoot while they were working, and they were happy to be there fixing our air conditioning. What a great company! They came back a couple days later to replace another part and were just as great. Very affordable too. A+
Joshua was early. He was very professional and explained the repair very thoroughly. I would recommend to everyone.
**Do not Trust Them! ** Jared Hatfield lied to us about the process. Original service was through my AHS coverage, and I have now had to let them know about his sales practices. We have also had to fight to get scheduled service calls done on time (they never show on time). Will update if my issues ever get resolved.

He was not thorough in checking unit up in attic. The visit with Sam was rushed and he found no issues. Gabe found multiple little issues that could have been taken care of by first tech if he would have taken his time. Thank you Gabe! "
