Been coming here for years the whole staff is great and Cynthia at the front always helps me out I highly recommend this dentist.

Didn’t even get to go in and the DENTIST was rude. I called to make appointment and she put me on hold and and after 8 min. I hung up and called back and told her I was already on hold. Before I could even say anything else she cut me off and said her receptionist was not in and she needs to help her patients what do I want her to do and she can take my number and call me back. I told her no thank you. SMH, don’t go here, if she get frustrated she will take it out on you. Who wants someone working on their teeth like that!

I went in on Monday, June 12,2021, to have my teeth clean. The dental hygienist, did not properly clean my teeth. She only scrap and floss. She did not use the pressure water and instrument to clean under the gums. On top of that she did not even put the covering over me to protect my clothing. She did a horrible job cleaning my teeth. I would not recommend using this location. I gave a one star but would have given a zero star. I could have did my own cleaning based on the services this dental hygienist provided! Keep away from this location!

My son had oral surgery earlier in the week, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the care and concerns that Dr Watkins gave to my son. Surgery was a success, and my son is doing well! Kudos to your staff there at the Hwy 6N location. See you soon!

This location lacks customer service! Manager Doris rather chat with previous customers like it’s a family setting than ensure her office is ran smoothly. As a new mother with a 3 week old child I will NEVER return to this poorly ran “dentist office”. I am highly irritated I was asked to pay $5 several times before my insurance was even verified. Talk about money hungry. Don’t bother to arrive early this location will wait until it’s your appointment time to let you know if they even put you in the queue to be seen! As a patient on public assistant this location shows you how you are treated when you don’t have insurance. I would not recommend this location to anyone needing a dentist! Some one remind Doris that customer service is important and not just turn someone away like she did myself.

The atmosphere at your office is pleasant and makes coming to the dentist not half bad! Each person at this office is personable and makes my family feel important. I enjoy talking with everyone, even though I have to talk around the fingers and instruments in my mouth! Thanks for doing what you do!

Horrible.first time going, first we had an appointment set up weeks before. The day before the appointment they called saying it couldn’t be done at that time. I had to explain to them is because my husband works. So they said they would make an exception this time. No! You guys should of said something a long time ago not wait a day before to tell me this news. Comes the day of appointment took an hour for my husband to be seen, just for the doctor to see him for a second to tell him it’s your wisdom tooth without actually checking and says it will be $2000. In top of that every time you go in they charge a $5 dollar fee to everyone due to the pandemic that’s kind of shady. My husband first time was just a pep talk, told him to come back next week for something else, then what another two weeks again. Instead of doing X-rays and Cleaning at the same time. I’ve worked in dental office for many years and these people work bad they spread the works for you can pay $5 every time you go in. Never going again.

Terrible experience. I waited for an hour in the waiting area just to be called back and then another hour when I was finally called back! When I asked about it, they said the dentist changes his jacket between patients so I had to be patient. It takes an hour? There were roaches all over the place and it wasn't very clean at all. The dentist and his staff had attitudes and wanted to do a bunch of procedures on me that was unneeded. I will not be going back and neither should anyone else!

Beware.they wait till I come in for my appointment saying they charging an extra $5 for the infection control an it's not covered with insurance.what a joke

My wife had 2 teeth extracted and a bone build up.without authorization the charged a care credit card $6000. Dollars. They refunded 4800 after we filed a protest. We paid over a 1000 in cash and the insurance paid 900 bucks.if we don't get the remaining balance of 1200 reversed on that credit card.ill be filing fraud charges against them. Royal Dental.this us your warning.ill go on KPRC on you file a complainant with the better business bureau.small claims court.file a police report.whatever it takes.reverse the remaining balance now!

My son was going to get work done here but because he has diabetes he had to take extra exams before the work.they ended up not approving him for the dental work but they still charged the full amount of 5 thousand dollars to a credit card that I was not aware of! Now I have a charged off credit card! Do not trust this place!

Very clean and short wait time! The staff is very personable and treat you like they have known you forever. It’s like home but at a dental office.

Great people, great doctors, bad time management. First appointment 35 minute wait, 2nd appointment 1 hour wait, 3rd appointment 40 minute wait. That’s 2 hours 15 minutes sitting in the lobby after scheduled appointment time. TV doesn’t work, so time seemed to move painfully slow. I’m a new patient. Please fix this!

Don't come to this place. The wait time is ridiculous when you're scheduled even. They could care less how long you wait and aren't curtious. Waisted 3 hours even when i got there 30 mins early. Also charged $500 for a 15 min tooth pull. Horrible place.

I have been going to this location for over 6 years with my daughter and the past year I have noticed a drastic change in the staff as well as the doctors. An this change has not been good at all. The last visit that I had the receptionist act like she didn't know how to read the chart properly and charged me wrong so in the middle of my procedure she proceeded to come back and tell me that I owe them additional money which I refuse to pay because it wasn't my fault that she didn't know how to read my chart in didn't know how much my procedure was going to cost. Then I went back for a basic cleaning 4 Weeks Later which was on Jan 8th in which my ins Co was verified and I was told that there was no co-pay and there was no charge for my visit me or my daughters me and my daughter's appointments were suppose to be back to back but no they had that wrong even after verifying the day before. After I was done I was told that I owed $45 for my procedure I asked the lady how do I owe $45 when I got a basic clean she tried to tell me no It wasn't a basic cleaning none the less the new staff has no idea how to verify or inform patients of there cost prior to services even though they are suppose to. I will definitely be looking for a new dentist which sucks because my daughter is due for braces in two months. Hopefully her doctor who Is no longer at the location takes our insurance so we can go-to his private practice.

Stephanie, heaven sent! She walked me through my whole procedure.explained everything that was being done. I was extremely nervous before my procedure but she made me feel so at ease. She literally stayed by my side! She’s definitely awesome, you can tell she loves her job by the way she explained things and kept asking me if I was comfortable, if I had any questions etc. She’s very knowledgeable and patient and sweet! Why would i spend 6,000 dollars on braces? When I can get it somewhere else for cheaper! 1 star cause this place is so expensive, too expensive damn

The service that I got was good. They did a great job doing the exam and explaining what I needed and cost.

This office was great! The front office personnel are very nice and explained everything. Veronica in billing was the best and she answered all the questions I had especially with how my dental insurance worked. Dr. Mehmood and the hygentist are great!

THESE DENTISTS ARE CROOKS THEY CHARGE 500 DOLLARS JUST TO SEE YOU STEER CLEAR. ONE TOOTH COSTS 6000 DOLLARS TO REPLACE.
