Going to the dentist is never fun. I havent been to one in years so I was really nervous. But Dr. Motii and her assistant Stephanie were really patient amd very very nice:) Of course the rest of the staff I encountered and Cindy in billing was very nice as well
They do terrible work. I had a bridge put in, it was too tall now too short with metal showing. Some assistants are super rude. They are crooks!
One of the worst dentist clinics in the Houston area. They charged me 100% and then took about 2 months to return my $700. I had to involve my medical insurance fraud department. They brag about having rewarded by BBB but have over 20 cases pending.
The employees were very helpful and kind. The office runs smoothly and the workers are very helpful.
I am I first time patient and I must say I was super pleased with all the friendly staff and their service! Special thanks to Veronica, Trenise and Dr. Shaikh for their help with getting my dental health in order while not having to break the bank lol THANK YOU GUYS!
Excellent and efficient with a plan and also clear financial payment information. The regular dentist and the perio dentist is all in the same building and Patricia will be clear with the financial information
From the efficient receptionists, to the patient and helpful finance manager, Veronica, my experience with my treatment plan was smooth and easy. Dr. Moti was gentle, knowledgeable, and patient in explaining my treatment. I trust this office and am so grateful that they are in my insurance network!
Came here after I had my baby to use my pregnancy medicaid and it was a horrible experience. They are money hungry and don't seem to want to help you but tell you, you need XYZ and try and make you pay an arm & a leg
This place is garbage, they call you like 6 times to make it to the appointment and then they delay you got two hours, with one person in the lobby, just pure incompetence. And they didn't want to give me office managers number, they probably don't have one
The Royal Dental off Clay Road has been very professional, and my daughter has no problems with their service. The wait time is not long.
