31Chris told me he will match my price if I send him the offer I got from the other location. I sent him a picture of the paper with total drive out cost (including TT&L and fees) listed on the offer sheet, but he kept asking me for more info and saying he cant match it. I have provided him the exact year, model, color, trim and preferred package, but he just wants to know where I got the price from. If you cant keep the promise, please just dont say such thing in the beginning.
They still give exceptional service. Nathan remains professional and the whole place gives a welcoming ambience.
I was conned by the service worker there named Nathan. Be careful cause he will say you need a bunch of stuff done to your car and not to worry about it because it's covered by warranty. And when the work is done, demand payment or they will keep your car. I Had to split a $400 payment 3 ways. I went for my maintenance that IS covered and ended up having to spend 400 at the drop of a dime. I give 2 stars cause the other service guy stephen has always given me exceptional service. But nathan scammed me.
Dropping off a tow in for a customer. Had all customer's info ready for service advisor who was finishing up with another customer. He took keys and info and I was on my way with no delays.
The Service Were incredibly helpful, And did everything they could to get me in the vehicle I wanted at the end everything worked out and I love my new vehicle They did a great job I will absolutely recommend to everyone.
They are always honest. I try to tell my daughter to always take her car there. She will continue to let them handle her car problems

I was looking for a trustworthy certified pre-owned vehicle and he was able to work an incredible deal that I could afford - for a beautiful car with very few miles on it. He was extremely helpful, responsive, hardworking and personable. I feel very lucky to have found Mazda and Gilton!
Great service and great deals purchased a used 2015 Toyota in perfect condition mechanically and body. Nate gave my wife and I great service, I recommend speaking with him he was very helpful since we walked in. They have a good bank compared to other dealerships only problem I had was with a manager he kept trying to push us on purchasing a warranty which I didn't get. Overall great service from the other employees.
Loved the service provided by them. They have an excellent waiting area with a lot of snacks and coffee. They also have free wifi which I used during my stay of 2 hours. I would definitely recommend them because they know what they are doing and wouldn't try to sell anything that you don't need. 5 stars for the customer service and being honesty.

Good service for a dealership. Quick and to the point, and while they'll go through the whole list of things that they could do to spruce your car up, they won't try forcing it on you, and they'll tell it to you straight whether they think it'll be more or less advised. The repairs are spot on even without an advance appointment, and Stephen great job at customer service every time!
My wife and I stopped by here today. The door was unlocked but apparently no one works there. We waited in the showroom looking at the cars but no one ever showed up to greet us or ask why we were there. It was completely empty.
Have bought two cars here, and today is a compliment to the service Dept, esp Stephen, who just caught a problem I hadn’t noticed that was about to go out of warranty and got it fixed. I used to loathe the idea of getting cars serviced at dealers but their shop is competitive and the service is superb, making it easy to keep up regular maintenance.
Nate Rodriguez is possibly one of the greatest salesman and people I had the pleasure of working with. He answered every question that mother and I had with great enthusiasm. He's always available. Jad Jibin also provided a wonderful service during the signing especially for me getting my first car. I'm very grateful to them both as well as Russell and Smith as a whole.

I only trust this place to service and repair my Mazda. A bit more pricier than other shops, but that doesn't bother me. Trust and good service are priceless
My husband and I walked in to test drive the CX9. What a wonderful experience by Doug - very candid and amenable. He made our vehicle search memorable. The vehicle handles like a dream on the roadway too! Would definitely recommend the professionalism from Doug.
Worked with Nate Rodriguez yesterday and had a great experience. He showed up early to be there when we arrived and was incredibly patient with us as we went back and forth between models and crunched numbers to meet a tight budget. He knew the vehicles well and did a great job of presenting options without being pushy or growing impatient. Would definitely work with him again!
Nate is the best! I had and accident and my car was a total loss. Nate was very patient with the whole process and really understood what I was going through. He didn't pressure me and showed empathy. I recommend you see him when you have to replace your car. Russell and Smith gave me a good deal to quickly get back on the road.
