In and out for oil change and state inspection. As always they get the job done professionally! No games and provide the customer with all the details. Very friendly. I’ll be back for my next routine visit.
Jesse Baez was great and efficient. New what we wanted and didn’t try to sell us anything else. Leo Raja in the financing department was the real gem though. Explained the financing process better than the previous person did and even gave us some extra financial advice. Seriously keep this guy whatever you do because he is phenomenal at his job!

Rachel Garcia was amazing to work with. This was my first time getting my new-to-me car serviced & she was very clear & concise about what "certified used" meant & what they would do during this visit.
I showed her where my rear view camera had broken somehow, and she assured me it could be replaced but was not covered under my extended warranty.
I asked her if Honda made an upgrade to my 2017 CRV-EX "infotainment" system whereby I could have on-screen navigation, and she said she would check.
She told me how long it would probably take before she would call me to pick up my car, and it was very accurate. When I went back, I paid for the new camera to be ordered & she told me that there was no device available from Honda to upgrade the infotainment system. I asked her if she could show me how to set up CarPlay and she enthusiastically said "sure".
This is where she gets 10 stars. I had tried doing this setup MULTIPLE (frustrating) times and could never get passed a certain point. Rachel sat with me & got to the same roadblock as I did. She tried a couple of different things, but still no luck.
Not to be deterred & NOT saying she didn't have time to mess with this, Rachel confidently reset the system back to factory settings and VOILÁ, that's exactly what was needed. I had been very unsatisfied with buying a car that did not have on-board navigation and NO CD player! (Seriously, who has 200 CDs transferred to their phone? ! This is a huge miss by Honda).
Now i have more to learn, like how to hear turn-by-turn instructions for navigation, but this will be a game changer for me. I've had a real love/hate relationship with it (mostly hate because of not having those 2 features, nav & CD), but thanks to Rachel, I definitely feel better about my car. She never gave up & never said she didn't have time. She MADE time to ensure I left the service center a happy customer. I cannot tell you how much that means to me.
I always feel better working with women when it comes to cars, and Rachel is a perfect example of why. Thank you, Rachel, for an excellent experience.
I had an oil change today and they noticed my battery was bad during the multipoint inspection. Thankfully it was under warranty and they switched out my battery for free.
Since the 90s I have always purchased my Honda Accords from Rusty Wallis Honda and the customer service still over exceeds expectations. My salesman was Manny Morales his customer service is superb. John Pomroy was my finance person who is very efficient at what he does. 5 star service all the way!

Great service, the service advisors take their time explaining and making sure you understand what's going on and what you're paying for.
This was the first time I went to Rusty Wallis Honda to get my car serviced and Brian Stevens was very helpful. He walked me through everything they would do and check on my car and he gave me a good estimate on how long it would take them to be done. He also gave me a price estimate upfront. Afterwards, he told me all about the multi-point inspection they did. He told me what things were good and as a heads up he told me at what levels I might need a tire rotation, brake change, etc. Highly recommend this place.
When I went to get my car serviced it turned out that I had a major problem and I did not have the cash available to pay for the bill which was over $600! Rachel my service provider referred me to a company called Dignify and that took care of everything! Rachel was ‘professional grade’ in everything she did!
She knew what needed to be done! I was very pleased
I had a wonderful team led by Alliona. They gave me a great deal on my trade in and super helpful in financing. Look for Eric and Reuben for the best experience. I am so glad I chose Rusty Wallis for my first Honda. Loving my new Accord!

My family has been taking cars to Rusty Wallis for service for years. I recently bought a used Honda and took my car in. The service was quick and my service rep made sure to keep me up to date on my car. I was able to make an appt and drop off my car to enjoy the rest of my day

I am shopping for pilot and the lady that called me and text me was a piece of work! Could not give me pricing unless I went in to the dealership. I had told her several times i was contacting different dealers to see the best rice. Clearly your website is your best price! Thank god for all the other local Honda dealers which gave me best prices.
The service guy, Issac, was excellent. He listened carefully and was quite personable, as he should be in his position. The only problem with the whole experience was the waiting room where a lady on her phone was very loud trying to solve phone problems on her phone with ATT for the entire hour and a half. Very annoying! But I will be back because of Issac You can't beat a warm smile to get a return customer.
I had a fantastic car buying experience with Jim Beeson at Rusty Wallis. He had a great ability to balance what I thought I would want with what was going to actually work best for me and my daughter's needs. He had a clearer idea of what I wanted in practical experience versus what research I had done online in advance. I ended up in the PERFECT car and just LOVE it. Every single time I drive it, I know it's just the right car for me. Makes me soooo happy.
