Have been going to Rusty Wallis Honda since we purchased our first Honda vehicle, a 2006 Element back in 2013 to get the oil changes done. Now, we also have a 2011 Honda Odyssey and we are still going back for oil changes on both vehicles thanks to their great service and friendliness.

This was my first visit to Rusty Wallis. I got an oil change and tire rotation. The services were performed in a reasonable amount of time and everyone was friendly.

I will return again.

Rodney Lockett was my salesperson and he made the buying experience an easy and memorable one. He’s friendly, knowledgeable and gets you through the process the right way. I will definitely recommend him and Rusty Wallis Honda.

The Honda Odyssey had an air-bag recall. So, I had to take it in to have both air bags replaced. The employees were very helpful. The facility was under construction but the service/parts area was nice and clean. Hopefully I can go back and buy a new car from them one day.

The experience of purchasing a vehicle at Rusty Wallis Honda was great. John Hargis was a wonderful salesman to work with. I never felt pressured to buy and he answered all of my questions. He made the buying experience as smooth and easy as possible, something that I truly appreciated. I would certainly recommend this dealership.

Jeff Petersen and Leo Ruiz in Service exemplify customer service. Each has gone above and beyond to make us feel like they truly want and appreciate our business. Jeff took the time to go on a drive with me to help duplicate and diagnose an issue. Leo greeted us warmly and followed-thru as promised. We won’t take our car any place else.

I'd like to compliment Service Department Technician Leo Ruiz for the excellent service he provided me last week.
I came into the service department with my brakes going all the way down to the floor in my 2013 Honda Pilot.

As a parent of two small kids, I can tell you that the prospect of having to spend hundreds of dollars and the time it may take was a dim one. I was completely worried and stressed out.
Mr Ruiz not only informed me of every step taken to figure out what was going on with my brakes, but helped me find the warranty that was purchased with my Pilot. There for the repair and car rental was at no cost to me.

A day after receiving my Pilot. I was still uncomfortable with how my brakes worked. Although they didn't go to the floor they still went too far down for the Pilot to stop in a timely manner. I contacted Mr Ruiz to inform him of my concerns. To my surprise he ask "How soon can you bring the car back in? "

I have never been pleased with the service I receive at Rusty Wallis Honda Services Department. In fact because of it I wasn't buying another Honda although I've driven one for more then 14 years. Mr. Ruiz's professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation exceeded my expectations.

The day I was available to return my Pilot Mr. Ruiz was off. However he went above and beyond the Call of Duty and came in on his day off to make sure I was taken care of.

Throughout this process Mr Ruiz was extremely helpful, friendly, very informative, understanding, considerate and showed empathy.

Such a commitment to  remarkable customer service is to be commended. You can be sure that I will continue to do business with Rusty Wallis Honda Service Department.

Jesse Rodriguez is the best salesman I have ever worked with over the 30 plus I have driven Honda cars. He is knowledgeable and courteous. This was the first time I visited Rusty Wallis Honda. Ruben Quiroz handled the financial part of this transaction professionally and quickly. I am very happy with the overall experience and love my new Honda Civic.
