Saddle River Range, Conroe TX

Amazing place. First time there today with my first AR. I had questions. THEY HAD ANSWERS. They had me shootin in nothin flat. Great staff. Great place. I will be back fer sure.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I’ve been doing business with this place since the first day they opened. Used their range at least 75-100 times and purchased 3 moderately priced firearms as well as ammo and such. What happened in their retail gunsmith department today will cause me to rethink doing business with them altogether. I took a firearm in to have some work done. I gave them 2 objectives; reduce the trigger pull weight and refinish the frame to remove scratches. Neither of the 2 objectives were performed but they still wanted to be paid. I was told you don’t know what your talking about and it was done. They say they did a trigger job on the pistol; however the trigger pull weight increased by 20+%. The frame was supposed to be refinished to remove scratches around the trigger pin. The scratches are still there. I let them know the work was unacceptable. They eventually zeroed out the ticket and gave me a receipt for no work performed. After 100+ visits and thousands of $$ spent, don’t think I will be going back.

Excellent facilities with a very helpful and friendly staff. On site archery range and being a sig dealer is a plus.

State of the art facility. The owner Thom is fantastic and every staff member you speak to is just as knowledgeable as the next. The selection of firearms is huge. Good popular models to choose from for rentals. Range was clean plenty of room. It’s about an hour drive for me but I’m a Return customer for sure. I’d recommend to anyone in the area or not.

I travel for work and I have visited many archery ranges but this place is heads and shoulders above the rest! The facility awesome selection is only matched by its employees. I'm looking forward to return!

My wife and I visited Saddle River Range tonight. We were both impressed by the friendly staff and overall atmosphere. This was our first experience with a shooting range and it was a pleasure. We’ll definitely be back again.

The only gun range i will go to. The prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly, you can rapid fire, and with certification you can draw from holster and fire. The facilities are high tech and clean! Over all i would say best gun range/shop around. Not to mention they have a good selection of archery items as well!

Friendly knowledgable staff, clean facilities including the rest rooms, a rarity at most places.

Maybe okay for guns I do not know but don't bother with their archery section. I had six arrows fletched yesterday to expirement with different vanes and first they didnt put the offset i wanted and second, 4 of the 6 arrows 1 vane each have fallen off in flight. I waited a full 24hrs before shooting. Go somewhere else if you want anything other than factory fletched arrows. Probably the service part that aggravated me the most was when I told them I wanted to try different vanes to see which grouped the best and I needed more steering for shooting distance and in windy conditions shooting elk, they told me that wasn't going to do any good and there argument said some will be tuned more for the bow.well isn't that what I said I was trying to do figure out which would shoot better for my scenario? Like I said I didn't try the gun section it may be great.

Went with my adult son and we enjoyed our trip. Clean new facility and staff was professional and courteous. I'll be back.

We've been twice now and the service has always been great. They keep it clean and they are very knowledgeable about their products. Will keep using them in the future.

Great customer service. Great and friendly people. Definetly a range with a lot to offer for bow shooters like my wife and I, As well as firearms enthusiasts. Plenty of couple shooter opportunities as well. Great date night location.
