Horrible company, does not honor their word. I booked appointment. Was 8 days for next available, then they didn't show up to my house, didn't call. I HAD TO CALL, and was told another 8 day wait. Complete lack of integrity and customer first mentality. Will never be back.

The service here was extremely fast. Mike did a great job explaining to me what I needed to do with the tape on my windshield and what not to do as well. He also explained to me known issues that may come up and his phone number just Incase I had any further questions. Go to these guys when you need your windows on your vehicle fixed.

Awesome! Very nice facility. Pull into the first entry if you can, but the second entry wraps back around the back of the building if you miss the first one. The technician and the associates were very nice as well. I expected to be there several hours to replace my windshield, but they got it completed in under an hour! Wow! They did an amazing job! Cudos to the technician and management! They have complimentary snacks and refreshments just incase you wind up being there awhile or just need something to hold you over until your next meal.

I came in for a windshield replacement and was completely impressed with everyone on staff. Professional and friendly. I had stopped about 1/2 mile down the service road to help a young girl with her tire, she was crying and having a difficult time with her spare. I stated this when I arrived for my appointment and shortly after it started raining, Joe from a windshield company went and drove down there to check on this young girl and let me know she was not there and it looked like someone had helped her, what a fantastic person! Enough said

Safelite came highly recommended from a source I trust whole-heartedly, however, when doing a little research they are extremely overpriced in the DFW market. Out of 5 separate quotes for "come to you installation" Safelite was $206.00 higher then the next closest competitior. Even if I chose OEM installation with someone else - they were still $103.00 higher. Apples to apples quote - with life time warranties - I just don't understand how Safelite stays in business. Noted that I am also not going through my insurance and paying out of pocket. Maybe they just do insurance work to stay in business? I don't know - but I highly suggest getting a few other quotes before going to Safelite. Overall - I saved $200+ by using another company.

Receipt has wrong mileage info. Receipt also says car is vacuumed and exterior window cleaned, I see that is not done. Receipt also has one contradictory statement that vehicle may be driven after 1 hour but technician did not advised me the same and asked me to drove home immediately.

I’ve taken my moms Honda Odyssey and my Volvo S40 here and they’ve done a great job both times! My moms van has had the windshield replaced 5 times and the second to last time we had Safelite come to us and they scraped the A pillar and left glass on the floor and I cut my hand! I definitely recommend going to the Safelite store, they are better equipped and you save $50.

I went in to have a small ding repaired. They said they repaired it. It was not spread. As soon as I drove off after they "repaired" it, three giant cracks appeared. I went back and they said it was a "failed repair" AKA they broke my windshield and now I have to go through my insurance and pay a deductible. I will never go back to have anything repaired here. I really feel they did it on purpose to get me to buy a windshield. Very disappointed.

Ok just wanted to share this as I think those that say they will take care of any issues and deliver on that promise deserve 5 stars. As you know bad things can happen outside of our control and it’s how we handle those situations that can truly show who we are. Joe delivered on that promise and I will be coming back to see him for all my cars windows. He fixed my windshield and I really appreciate his honesty and help. I’ll be back here.

This place is great. (If your a Costco membership, call the toll number because the discount is substantial) The appointment started in time and I was walking out the door in less than an hour with a new front windshield. The staff are true professionals and really send good vibes. Hopefully my windshield won't ever crack again, but if they do, I'll definitely come back.

I came in this morning to get a rock chip repaired. I did not have an appointment but they got me in right away. After they repaired the chip they cleaned the exterior windows and vacuumed my floorboards. I would highly recommend them to whoever is needing windshield repair.

They were friendly and I did not wait long for my cracked windshield to be repaired. The young man who did the repair explained in detail what he had done. How long it would last and what I could expect.

Dropped my car off in the morning and rode with a coworker only to have them call and say it was done hours before my orginal appointment. Awesome job!

The Safelite team in Lewisville did a great job of quickly replacing the rear window in my pickup. I made an appointment online and when I arrived at the shop, they were expecting me and initiated the repair immediately. They were very professional and efficient and I highly recommend them.

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. I thought I had a chip that needed repaired but they looked at it and told me it didn't. Explained how to determine if repair is needed. Very honest and I will be using them in the future if needed.

Did an awesome job replacing windshield on 2004 Honda Pilot. Was done a lot quicker than they quoted.

THIS was our best experience EVER in receiving service or repair for our cars. My wife's 2016 Mercedes GLE AMG had a broken windshield from an errant golf ball. We contacted our car insurance and they referred us to Safelite on Stemmons in Lewisville. The manager there, Joseph s helped us ensure that we received Mercedes glass and that the safety connections were properly made. My wife took it in for her appointment, they were incredibly courteous, I took my wife to lunch while they fixed it and they did so on time and perfectly. I have nearly unreachable service expectations and these guys exceeded them! Thanks, Joseph and team!

My experience was great. I had made a mistake on my claim but the owner fixed me up right and got me out of there quick. Highly recommended.
