They will at least answer the phone. I have been getting the run-around for 2 wks over a window replacement. Initially I requested service on a Wednesday and was told that I’d receive services on the following Monday. Monday came around and the service window passed. I called to confirm appointment only to be told that they hadn’t ordered it. So on that Monday I submitted another service request with the original quote of $258. I received a call on the following Friday that the price would be gouged to $450 because the window is so hard to find. I went online and ordered the window from Rover Parts in Tampa, FL for $125. It’s used, but it’s glass. It wasn’t hard to find at all and it’s branded by RR. Here is the kicker, I called Safelite again thinking surely they’ll come to install the window to save face. Well ma’am we can schedule you for Tuesday. I talked to the sales agent about how I’ve received nothing but the opposite of what the company advertises. She seemed to understand and told me that she’d send an email to the shop managers because this shouldn’t be happening. BUT THEY WONT BE IN UNTIL Monday!

Terrible experience. My car is worse after going than before. I needed a replacement rear windshield for a Dodge Grand caravan. Afterwards the rear hatch wouldn't close. The problem was intermittent. They apologized and said there was nothing they could do and that I'd need a replacement licking mechanism because glass got into it. What the hell

Turned up, the techs were great and they were fast in fixing explaining and having me back on my way

I've been driving around for almost a year with growing cracks in my windshield. Finally got around to calling my insurance company to find out that I do not have coverage on my windshield unless I am willing to pay my $500 deductible. Contacted Safelite via their website and had someone come to my office a few days later for $350. If I had known it was that easy (and not completely breaking the bank) I would have done it sooner.

Excellent service. Very quick and technician vet professional and polite. I like Safelite Auto sent me technician photo ID and name. Technician's professionalism was impressed compared precious experiences.

Great job filling a chip caused by a rock hit the front windshield. It looks better than another windshield repair shop operating at near by auto dealership that I normally use per convenience. I will bring all my vehicles here for the future windshield problems.
