Sam's Club, Fort Worth TX

Sam's Club was ok today. They didn't have some of the items that I was looking for. But that's expected. If you see something you better get it at that time because they may not carry it again. Overall my experience was a good one.

Very rude employee. I was at an open self check out and before I could start scanning I was told I "had too many items" and had to go stand in line for someone to check me out.

I had 15 items. I saw several people with way more items than me go through the self checkout during the 35 minutes i had to stand in line. I've checked out with many more items on several occasions at this location.

We needed to pick up some staples and dry goods. The store was well staffed and very well stocked the prices were very similar to pre covid Price's there were some limits on quantity. All in all we found everything we were looking for.

By far the best Sams I visited! I will go out of my way to come to this one! The one in NRH needs to learn from y’all!

Clean store. Only complaint is their customer service. If they were more attentive and not on their phones it would be 5 stars. 6 people standing around and me being the customer i shouldnt have to ask for help.

We have been business members here for years. I do have to admit that buying in bulk for home consumption has drawbacks. You have to store it at home and consume before it expires. Lol.

I HAVE SHOPPED HERE FOR 17YRS AND I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS LOCATION. THE EASE OF FINDING ITEMS, THE CLEANLINESS OF THE STORE &THE RESTROOMS, AND MOST OF ALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT YOU GET THE MOMENT YOU WALK IN THE DOOR TO THE TIME YOU WALK OUT.

Like always the lines get long. And sure enough. Someone walks up and say. We can get you over here. Just makes my day. Thanks!

Good to find stuff for your store and new technology to buy and good to buy food (awesome food!)

This location is a traditional Sam location. Customer service has always been a priority as well as cleanliness in every inch of the store. I go there at least once a month and not once have I ever felt the need to go to another location. Keep up the good work!

Want to buy a cell phone. What a mess! It's been moved to the front of the store. Lots of customers, Noone knows who is next. We're blocking the aisle to tvs. Been waiting an hour to just ask questions and hopefully buy a phone. Ugh. Also, prices on tablets are not listed. They might say $150 off. Off what? What was the original price? And now I was asked if I want to make an appt!?

The service at pharmacy is always great. Annie & Kate are really fast and just a joy.
The customer service at check out is great too. When all the lanes were full the customer service manager Canda opened a lane to help other cashier's

I have shopped at this club many years. Clean, well maintained, and more convenient with the new ap. Their gas is NOT the cheapest even though you pay for your membership to save money.

I just like Sam's. The pizza is good there never made any other purchase but in the near future I want to purchase a TV Console
And TV set.

Products are just like any other Sam's club. The pick up takes a while for someone to take care of you.

I love this location! The employees are nice and will go the extra mile to help. Manager John went out of his way to help find a product for me and I will always be loyal to this location of great customer service.

Good place to shop for business people, everything available at great prices. Presented in the most attractive way

Shelves were stocked; store appeared clean & well maintained. Saddened because I can't get any Springtime water. But nonetheless, I will return.

The club is spacious and has a good variety of stuff. The wait isn't long here and the location is convenient.

We go here often the store is okay but the girl that runs the concession stand up front is very rude and lazy. Multiple occasions she tries to act like she can't make pretzels it'll take too long.
