I get everything that I need.associates are always available to help you, customer service is excellent. I love Sam's club.
The pizza was mad decent yo. Service is amazing as always and we just stared using the scan and go app. It really helps and let's us go in and out.
The store is always clean and even on very busy days, there is always enough cashier's to get people in and out quickly.
I've never had any problems here. It's what you would expect out of a Sam's and great prices. The employees I've interacted with were good. The store itself was clean and organized. They have self-checkout now, which I love.
I've been shopping at Sam"s for almost 15 years. I've never had a problem with any employee, ok maybe one. From the greeter to the person checking receipts at the exit. The managers have always been available when I asked for one. Employees have more than gone out of their way to help me find an item.
If there is one complaint I have is that they occasionally discontinue items I really like. But that's part of business.
