Went there as a guest, don't really understand the reason to buy in bulk, I don't like that they have less product choices and supposedly it's cheaper but they already charged you a yearly fee just to buy there, to me doesn't make any sense, that's why you see what kind of people go there, oh well!

Worst Customer Service ever.

First, I walked through an opening to the lines and was rudely greeted by this woman saying thats walled off for a reason. Well if it’s walled off then I wouldn’t be able to get through. But I did go to the end of the line of three people.

Second, I’m in the line buying 4 items, one is beats headphones which they have to go to the back for. Ok I understand that but when it takes 15 plus minutes to wait for a manager to go get it, then it’s a problem. ESPECIALLY IF ITS THE SAME WOMAN WHO RUDELY GREETED YOU THATS PROBABLY 20 ft away. You know it’s bad when the person with you who’s usually patient wanted to just get a refund.

PS. I think her name was Ashley or something with an A.

I've been shopping at this Sam's club for many years now but it's always the food place that really needs improvement they are always lacking on stuff like napkins, utensils or cleaning up the tables. My kids really like the pizza from here so please make and improvement.

Very bad service. All employees are rude. When checking out, no greeting from cashier he was too busy talking to some other employee. Same for the guy that works in the food court, I was at at the counter wanting to place an order and he walks up to the register and raises his eyebrows at me, no words come out of his mouth. I just paid for my icee and left.

Worst attitude ever, from manager, yes, a manager not even their sales. We were scheduled to go to this location by sales at Sam club Pearland for one phone promotion which cannot be done on their site.

It seems no communication between two locations on my case plus manager shouted at us “ if you want the phone just go back to Pearland. We don’t have anything for you! ” For us, I don’t really know how you guys mess up on our deal but ya’ll gonna to be watch your god damn mouth and attitude. I will reach to atternoy and see what we could do to give you a lesson.

The worse fuel station I have a membership and the attendant is never at the post. The buttons that call the attendant don’t work. They never ever have actual people to help what is the point of this fuel station anyway? Super disgusted with the fact that I had to ask a person to lend me their membership card cause my wasn’t being recognized so much for courtesy that person didn’t even want to help so sick of this place.

Sam's keeps us going with their great prices and friendly service. We are in here at least twice a week and always fill up with gas for the cars.

Sams club pick up service is a joke. You have to wait in line behind everyone getting a membership before they give you the stuff you ordered. So much for fast and easy. Next time I’ll do my own shopping and check out on my phone. It will be way faster and easier.

This Sam's Club has a great selection. The traffic to get in there is congested sometimes due to rush hour and construction. But the price on the gas is great, and the I love the price of items I want to purchase in bulk.

Just bought seedless watermelon from their giant display. Full of seeds and a little pithy. I guess they have no quality control on produce and there are going to be a lot of disappointed people.

This particular location isn't bad but with all the other comments I can't really disagree normally when I'm in it's in and out I also do click and pulls 90% of the time and my also shop here still in because of EBates program, considered Costco many times but done until they're part of that program I might not really be too inclined despite all the great things out of here about Costco.

Their pharmacy is one of the few in the city that is stocked with my meds 100% of the times I try to fill. For that reason, alone, they get four stars.

To be fair, I like buying gas at Sam's. I like many of the featured products and prices in the aisles at Sam's. No one beats Sam's for quality affordable meats, low cost red bull and bulk prices on just about anything.

Sam's problem is customer service and customer enforcement.

Sam's has self service lines with ONE posted rule: 10 items or less.

Unfortunately: they barely enforce it, yet they do nothing to speed up cashier based lines. Allowing customers to scan large loads will lead to theft. It also slows down the lines.

There should be one more rule: NO cell phones while checking out.

Typical experience is my queing up at checkout with less than ten items, only to find an unapologetic shopper taking twenty minutes to scan fifty items while using a cellphone. Management does nothing. They could pull them aside and check them out at the flat bed check. They could open up more lines in self serve. Nothing.

Today I realized the reason Costco is better is the far better managed checkout process. They always have management on the floor solving problems before they occur.

People should not have to wait in line to GIVE you money.

We have been members here for years. The only negative thing I can day is they don't have grape jelly.
