26This is probably the cleanest Sam's club in Houston. Much closer to Costco than any other Sam's club I know.
Unbelievable So rude and races people work at the location included the manger that spous to help costumers out but decide to turn around and keep on, definthty sams club should be Shame to hire people like that be aware and don’t be surprise
I don't know why I come to Sam's. Customer service is non-existent. Costco is a million times better!
Save yourself a headache and take your business to Costco. Employees at this location make up their own rules and the managers support bad behavior. BYRON and STAR and two of the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL store associates I have ever encountered. They get very angry and ignorant when you interrupt their cell phone trolling and ask for help. Hopefully this store will be the next Sam's Club to go out of business. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! GEORGE SHANNON, you are the captain of a sinking ship!
This store manager creates new rules, she is African american.i bought a laptop before thanks giving on a deal. That laptop was not working properly. So, i went to this store to return it. This lady rewrite the return policy of laptop from 90 days (which was stated in Sams Club web site) to 15 days. I was trying to show the return policy of Sams Club over my phone. She was said she don't wont to see phone. She literally arguing with other employees over this. I don't know who some one became a manager with out knowing their return policy. The way she told me was worse. She seems uneducated and unprofessional. I never saw some one like that. Sams Club, please give some training on customer servicing, rules and so on.
I have been Sam's Club consumer for over 10 years! After moving to Houston I finally chose the Sam's club on Rice street because it's always clean, stocked and member friendly and they are Always striving to "Win With The Member". Sam Walton would be honored!
