Not that anyone was rushing me, these guys were happy to allow me to shop or assist me. The world was mine.

Nice staff. But Sephora, can you please get those introvert shopping bags from the other stores? Sometimes I just want to walk around and look without being asked if I need help every 15 seconds. Thanks
I was tagging along with a friend, so there were no plans to purchase anything. Of course, if people start asking questions about issues you forgot you had.well you start shopping.
The staff is attentive and aware. I noticed the checkout line was backing up, and two other sales reps hopped on to get the line down. During my checkout I forgot I joined their customer program years ago. It was nice to get a birthday gift I wasn't expecting. I spent over $100, which isn't hard to do at Sephora. If you're want top notch beauty advice, make a visit.
I have been signed up for the e-mails with Sephora for years. I definitely enjoy the free gift for my birthday each year! I am excit4d about the gift I received this year! I had just read about the Drunk Elephant moisturizer yesterday! I'm excited to try it! I will definitely go back to this location! Everyone is helpful and polite!
All the workers do is gather in groups and talk they aren’t helping people or re-stocking but get mad if you look inside the drawers for a product. They have like 30 employees there for no reason because EVERYONE is just in the way gossiping. Everytime I go there there’s no doubt that there will be groups talking & standing in the way.
Great ability to get makeup samples before purchasing, helpful and diverse staff capable of helping ethnically diverse customers color match, and lots of makeup brand choices.
I really like the store. It has a variety of products you will not find in most other locations besides the galleria. It also has considerably less for traffic. The associates should get better at showing more interest in assisting their customers. Other than that, this is a new favorite spot
I went in the other day looking for a moisturizing eye cream to address some dry, red patches on my eye. Instead of steering me towards an expensive cream (which I would have readily purchased), she suggested I use cortisone cream to address the dermatitis first. She did provide me with a sample of a cream to try after the rash goes away. This type of genuine customer care is so rare these days. I followed her advice and my eye is looking better! I will be back soon for some more amazing customer care.
Terrible customer service. I’ve been going to Sephora for years and have never had any issues until this location. The salesperson asked if I wanted help and when I described what I was looking for she proceeded to negate every thing I was saying in an aggressive and rude demeanor. Give your business to another location.
I felt as if it was like pulling teeth to get noticed or helped. Ebony was the only Sephora employee that saw me looking around needing help and directed me to brushes- all other employees I pretty much had to walk up to for minimal assistance. One employee approached me and helped me find a previous color foundation I purchased and another employee I asked about highlighter and she directed me. The only time I was actually PURSUED was by a skincare brand representative and by what I believe to be the DIC at the time when I came back in the store after my purchase to find a vegan and cruelty free liquid eyeliner that I forgot in my initial purchase and they thought I was stealing. I would rather drive farther to have my presence and money appreciated at Willowbrook Park than to be ignored and treated in this manner at Village Arcade. This isn’t the first time something like this has happened here and needless to say, I won’t be back.
Jazmin, Amber, Heather, Darius, and Dalivia are already doing amazing, I’d say there’s nothing to improve! This is my favorite Sephora to come to in houston! These associates are always knowledgeable about the products and promotions! They genuinely want their customers to leave happy! I’d give 5/5 stars!
Absolutely the best Sephora I’ve ever been to! I have never met such amazing and sweet employees. Creek and Dina were so fun to talk to, and were happy to help me find the perfect skincare items! I didn’t even ask them for help- they came to me and insisted on helping me find anything I was curious about. They were very genuine people, and I appreciate that! You will feel very welcomed in this store. Thanks for yall’s help!

The employees were very friendly and helpful. I feel bad I can't remember the sweet girl's name who helped me but she was great. I went in looking to try ilia multi stick and mascara but they only carried the concealer and the mascara. I have made the switch to "clean" cleansing products and rms foundation but really needed a good mascara and I thought the lip, cheek and eye multi stick would be great. The employee showed me a brand called bite that had a lip and cheek stick which I ended up getting. I was also about to buy the full size ilia mascara when I came across a clean beauty trial kit! I'll include a pic but it was a great deal with 7 products including a mini of the ilia mascara I'm so glad more places are carrying clean beauty products now! I'd definitely go back to this location in the future and hopefully they will start to carry more ilia and rms beauty products soon.
I walking in to Sephora I was not expecting my guardian beauty angel to appear in Amber she might have possibly been my fairy godmother. She told me about all these amazing products that would make my skin more princess like rather then pumpkin. I must say this Cinderella will be attending the balls at night and with fingers crossed find my prince charming and if not I will have flawless skin. Thanks Amber I had one magical experience only thing missing was the tea cup ride!
I don’t know why this Sephora has bad reviews because this is the BEST store! Everyone is helpful. If you need help, just ask! They’re all more than willing to help. Ask for PALOMA. Super sweet, super helpful, and super awesome.
All the staff at this location are helpful and polite. Sheila always remembers me when I come in, her customer service is great. I havent had a bad experience at this store and parking is pretty easy, I prefer it over the Galleria any day.
I just left this store purchasing eyelashes for a trip to Vegas this weekend. I was assured the glue worked great and would not come unglued. I get to my car and look one side is already loose. I come back in the store she re-glued.by the time I got to my office 5 minutes away the other eye lash was coming off. I usually do all my shopping for things like this at Ulta and I see now why I will continue to go there! There customer service puts yours to shame.
I Use To Love This Location But For The Last Two Times I Shop Here, I Felt Like I Was Being Watch From Each Angle And No One Seem To Want To Help You, I stood Next To A Staff And Waited Until They Finish With Another Customer And They Walk Away As If I Was Not Waiting, I Approach Them Again And They Said They Were Busy, I Waited 10 Mins For Them To Ask What I Needed. My Daughter Said She Felt So Uncomfortable The Whole Time, She Was Followed By Staff As They Watch Her But Offered No Help But One Young Lady With The Red Hair. We Decide We Will Try Another Location Because It Felt As Though They Did Not Want Us In The Store. (We Felt Sad Driving Away) I Like To Feel Good When I Go Into A Makeup Store Not Leave And Feel So Sad Because Of The Service. Thanks A Lot Sephora
