I must say my experience at this location was GREAT! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. My makeup artiste was very friendly, quite knowledgeable about the products used and knew a lot about the applications of the products. His name is ‘’Lay and I recommend him to anyone. Thank you Lay for helping my special nite memorable.

Not the best experience with this location. I felt rushed and the employee actually encouraged me not to buy everything that I had intended on purchasing. I thought that was weird. Stick to the Ulta down the street.

I am a VIB and typically shop at the memorial city location and online.

Snobby employees. I really do not understand. I came in straight from my appointment at MD Anderson, looking exhausted I'm sure. But refusing to help me? That's impressive.

I came in to this location for the first time. Five employees were walking around. I asked for help with picking new makeup and having someone try the makeup on me. They told me they did not have enough staff to do that today, and that I would have to make an appointment online. I've never been treated like that at a sephora. I'm very disappointed in this locations customer service.
