It was only a 4 hour job that took over two days besides that broke my light and my speaker grill so I bought it back in they told me it was a new tech who thought he had too take the speaker grill and light off to remove the door panel which you didn’t have so now it’s still bent up and fell out on my way home now it’s hanging on by one or two inserts I’m definitely not happy with the quality of work and to top it off they wanted to charge me another diagnostic fee For the same window that they worked on because something else is wrong with it but a whole another problem that I didn’t have when I came in so

My car (2014 SRX) was in for a problem and regular maintenance. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told that I needed two new tires; the car is four years old and has 33,000 miles on it. I have had several new Cadillacs and have never had anything like this happen before. When I questioned about the low mileage, I was told "that is about all that can be expected from these tires" (factory installed Michelins). I then took the car to a private repair shop that I have used before and one which I trust. They told me that I needed FOUR new tires, that all of them were "dry rotted"! I then took it to a well known and reliable tire dealer and was told the same thing. This car has always been kept in the garage and regularly detailed at at a professional car wash, where the tires have always been properly cleaned. No one can explain WHY these tires deteriorated in that period of time. The general consensus is that either the tires must have been warehoused for a long period of time - or - they were 'defects', Either way I am very disappointed in this dealership for: the poor quality of the tires on a NEW vehicle AND the repair department did not advise me of the current condition of ALL of the tires. Both the private repair shop AND the tire dealer advised me to avoid driving the car on the freeway or for long distances as they were not safe.

Heard so many good things about Sewell so I gave them a shot. Liked a car they had on their lot and came by to appraise my trade. Literally tried to rip me off of almost $9k less on the trade compared to an offer received one day earlier at a competitor dealer! Wasted an hour of my very valuable time just to apraise my trade.

I have bought my Audi from them, and then bought Escalade (again I said bought because I was there until 10 PM signing papers and loan documents. Everything was finalized, i had to beg them to let me take the car home as they wouldnt accept Credit card and I did not have cash eventhough my $45k loan was approved and i signed all the paper. Finally they let me take the car home and asked me to bring downpayment the next day, and I had to transfer money from one account to another. We had religious festival the next day and I could not get out in time, and then I had emergency call at work. I sent the sales man a text message saying I may not be able to make it to dealership but I can wire the money if it was available. The reply of the text msg was, i need to bring the car back no matter what and his boss asked him to put it on the market again! I am in their system, my audi was parked in their parking lot, and I replied text and they thought i was going to run away with the car!? They could not wait one extra day and asked their customer to bring the car back right away! I would rather not drive a car but will never buy a vehicle from them. I was honestly upset and surprised! I did return the vehicle and did not buy from them.

I was given a call, and they explained the situation and apologized. The sales person himself was great and was very helpful.
