My husband and I and many family and friends have been coming here since they opened always an excellent experience superior survive we alway bring everyone we know to this location.tony the chef is excellent he is our go to guy and Mrs Bea the manager is outstanding in her service to all ️️️️

Couldn't finish my sushi roll, the fish tasted a little off. The sushi I get from H. E. B is much better than what I got from here. I wouldn't recommend going to this place.

Went late weekday evening, ordered some sushi rolls for dinner and they were amazing as usual. I didn't get a good vibe from the customer service at this location but overall was a good experience.

I have eaten there before and it was very good. Friday, March 23,2018 we sat in a nice booth, had a very good waiter but my lunch chicken Hibachi Special was so very dry. I couldn't believe it as probably half of the order was too dry to eat. I should have sent it back but my lunch friend has her plate so I just struggled through it. I did tell the waiter that while I understand that the Chef doesn't want to serve me undercooked chicken, he should have been able to look at the chicken and know it was overcooked badly. I was disappointed as I drove 30 miles to have lunch at that Shogun.

Food was above average but the service was lacking. When we went to leave the waiter chased down my wife and made her feel bad about the tip and requested more money! My family has never been treated like this any time we have ever gone anywhere if your looking for a good time I would defiantly not recommend this place!

This place is extremely welcoming, the waitress was super attentive and nice with our table. The food was absolutely delicious and came plentiful.

I made 7pm reservations for dinner earlier that afternoon. We had no problem or wait time getting seated on a Saturday night. Would have liked a little quicker refills of our water glasses. But, the four of dining were very impressed with the speed of which all our sushi rolls arrived. Nice hostess and waitress.

Went there last night with my whole family (10) people. The hibachi chef didn’t have a very good personality to start with I don’t know if he was in a bad mood or what but he ran out of chicken and we ordered chicken and shrimp combinations he said well I’ll just cook it in The kitchen for you and I told him I said no I rather have it on the grill he said well I’m shutting the grill off so if you want to chicken it’ll have to be from the kitchen so I told my waiter and he shrugged his shoulders and said oh well not much I can do about it and then they charge me for the full meal anyway and I had to go argue with the waiter who wanted to charge me for additional salads that I never got so all in all I ended up with two chicken dinner short and Rice that was short and they only took $10 off the bill and put it automatic gratuity of 18% on the bill not very customer service friendly

I'd give this place 5 stars for the food. I give it 3 stars because the manager is disorganized causing the management to be chaotic. The manager was drunk when I showed up and arguing with me about why I needed chopsticks. I hope you can get him some help, because this place has really good food.
