Every time I'm due I book here. The staff is very pleasent and they've even taken me when I was booked at anther office by accident. Very happy with this office and staff.

Solis is the place I choose to go. Making appointments online is uncomplicated. They are welcoming and helpful as soon as I walk in the door. I went to the 5920 W Parker Rd Ste 200 Plano Tx facility. I am sorry I do not remember the 2 ladies names at front desk that I give high recommendation to. Also thank you and appreciation to Becky the tech that put a compassionate and connecting joy to the efficiency of the test.

Tam the front receptionist was so kind, patient and helpful, and Barbara the tech was nice, quick and efficient! I was in and out in a timely manner and they made this a breeze! Definitely recommend this place! ️

My schedule was at 4 and I was out around 5: 15. I read other reviews about how long they have to wait but I didn’t have the same experience. Waiting wasn’t bad at all. Staff were really friendly especially Simone and Jazlyn. They make my first experience of Mamogram much easier.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I’ve been going here for several years for my mammogram and today had bone density test. I highly recommend this location.

Waited an hour and when I calmly stated my dissatisfaction with that, I was quickly told they were very busy. I had an appointment! The technician for the bone density was terse and not interested. Her facial features never moved. She was mean spirited. I stated I should be able to state my opinion but I was quickly discounted. Won't go there again

The wait was a little long, about 45 mins from showing up until I was seen by a technician. But otherwise the experience was good - technician was knowledgeable, the mammogram was pretty painless, results were available fast and the price was as quoted. I went the self pay route as opposed to going through insurance, and didn't encounter any extra charges.

This is an uncomfortable experience for most women. I personally am terrified every time I go as my mom is a breast cancer survivor. But every time I go the staff makes me feel at ease and the exam is as easy as it can be. Today was no different. I only wish I could get an immediate result.

I’ve had over 25 mammograms and the Solis facility in Plano has been the best experience by far. Professional and friendly staff, nice setup for changing room, and candy at checkout!

Here's the most important thing to know about Solis: Get in and get your mammogram! Year after year I've had a mammogram, just taking it for granted as something to get done and out of the way. Does anyone really expect to get breast cancer? Many thanks to Dr. Michele Miles for her alertness in spotting a problem, following through with a sonogram and a biopsy, and referring me to a wonderful woman surgeon who performed my mastectomy. A very tiny invasive cancer (along with a large ductile cancer in situ), was removed early enough that I will not have to have chemo. Thanks to all the women at this clinic - I am grateful for you!

Mammography experience was fine. Staff was very kind and helpful. Billing on the other hand is a nightmare - they will regularly mistype numbers on your insurance info, then bill the insurance then you repeatedly. Seven months later, I'm still trying to work this problem out.

Been using Solis for about 10 years. Always running on time, wonderful experience from start to finish.

The entire staff was wonderful! My first mammogram resulted in a call back to review some abnormalities in my tissue. Naturally I was anxious and nervous. The front desk was very kind and the technician was very comforting and thorough. Even the radiologist was a pleasure to speak to. I appreciate their cautious and thorough procedures. This place is a scam. You'll not only be paying for the treatment you get here, but you get a separate bill for using the medical center ($700+ bill) be careful what they make you sign!

Great combination of friendliness, efficiency, accuracy! The receptionists are always very nice and friendly! The techs are patient, kind, thorough and more. I've been to other facilities for mammograms and bone density exams and this facility is the best!

Don't go there. They do not have their own machines. They renting the machines from medical center of plano.and then you get TWO BILLS for everything - using the machine and reading the reports

GUYS beware - this is dacoity - as we received a bill of 1800 $ for just 1 use of machine

I am always in and out in a timely manner. Last year I had something suspicious on my mammogram. They let me know called my doctor got another order to do more slides and then an ultrasound. It was done by a physician and I got results immediately. It turned out to be nothing to worry about. I was still there only about 2 hours.

I scheduled this at 7: 15 a.m. And as far as a mammography can go, it was great! Front desk was most helpful and the technician explained everything. Very clean and nice facility. When I have to do my next one I will come to this one!

RUDE SCHEDULERS. I do hope the staff is nicer once you get there. I have had TWO rude ones already.
