24Everyone has been WONDERFUL. From the time I first called, through the appointment, and even when I got called back they were great. Got right in and didn't have the long wait I often experience at other places. Great Experience.
I have been getting mammo's for over 20 yrs. I knew when they handed me an iPad to register that I was I was in for something new. Technology has certainly improved since the 90's and the staff at Solis made this awkward, uncomfortable process feel much more like a trip to the dentist (not awesome, but necessary). I was in and out in 30 minutes. Very professional team! See you next year.
They screwed up twice on my wife's schedule, which caused her to waste two trips to the west Plano facility. The first time they told her the wrong date and the second time they sent the only mammogram tech home before my wife showed up. The attendant at front desk is very rude. It is unbelievable that they were not able to schedule one single test!
Everyone was amazing! I was so scared today because my Dr found a mass. From the time I walked in to the time I left, the support was incredible and comforting. God answered my prayers and I was able to leave with great news! Thank you all so much for being so caring and offering your prayers to me!
