Was having a rough morning needed some breakfast Iyanna had the best Customer service attitude etc… exactly what I needed

This Sonic was a lot better than the one Wilmer. The service at this Sonic was good and good serve hot

I ordered here yesterday with a DoorDash footlong chili cheese dog and they left off the meat. A foot long chili cheese dog ordered and there wasn’t even no meat on it which is the main part of the damn chili cheese dog and it’s not like I could just get it reordered.

Chicken was so hard and old i could not stick a fork in it nor bite it. I asked for a refund and the manager refused to do so. She gave me a number to call only to waste time because they was no help either.

The little black girl is rude no Customer service at all she just gives you the food and don’t even say thank you nothing if she don’t like her job why is she there she trash the place is good but her no

They have this fancy computer showing you, when your food is going to ready, I was impressed to see this, thinking my food was going to be hot, not, food was cold, im done with sonic.

Excellent, everything comes out just as ordered. My only small nit pick is the could stand to be just a lil faster especially when it comes to the drive thru

Management is horrible.customer service is horrible. I always get order messed up whn I go here. I hate going to this location!

This Sonic is awful! How do you wait in a long line and still get cold food! One you should be grateful to have a job during this pandemic! Two serve people right isn’t that how you feel when patronize somewhere! I won’t return that’s for sure, and I will spread the word.

I’m still waiting for my order this moment after 20 minutes. I placed my order in the app, medium slush, medium tots, that’s it. Most of the stalls are blocked with cones and the DT like is backed up. I requested a refund and my food came out.they appear to be short staffed. Smh the car hop was kind to me!

This spot is my favorite. I go to a lot of restaurants but here I keep coming back again and again. The stuff is very attentive and the cuisine they offer is so good. I would always prefer to have a good dinner here. I highly recommend this place.

I had issues with the app and the associate came to my car and she stayed until we got it fixed!

Horrible. I was in line over 5 mins for a drink and ice cream cone. Finally got to the window no napkins or friendly faces. Get someone who doesn't mind working at a fast food place. Horrible service.

Service was great! The order taker had a little hard time hearing me, but that wasn't a big deal. I ordered ice cream, a shake and a few slushies and it didnt take them that long to bring my order. The car hopper was very sweet!

Good food. If you want ketchup you have to ask. Microphone doesn't work all he time in the drive thru. Otherwise customer service is good.

They charged an extra 50 cents for one of the drinks that we ordered 3 of in different flavors and the manager said it was their misunderstanding but didn't offer to adjust the price.

Took over 15 minutes to get get 3 drinks. 2 of the drinks were wrong. Could not pay at the stall as if they cleared my order out to make their ticket times look better to home office. They were not busy and through the glass I could see employees horseplaying and not making our drinks. Shame.

Awesome place quick service and employees were in decent mood. Got ocean water like always was good like always.

I generally go to Sonics drive-thru or Drive-In during the night the crowd is not as large like lunch time I live a burger fries and probably a milkshake my order is always right the waitress or cashier has always been a delight and the food is very good the prices are moderate you can't help her but to go back to sunny cuz they have the best ice in the world I chewed all the time smile

Service was Extremely Slow! Ordered 4 Drinks and Waited Over 10minutes. The Order Came Out Wrong with 2 Hot Coffees Instead of Iced. Credit Card Could Only Be Processed by an Employee with Took Even Longer. It was Like a 20-25 minute Ordeal for 4 Drinks! The Unsweet Tea Tasted Pretty Good.geez
