Sonic Drive-In, Dallas TX

I love their milkshake happy hour and this location was an easy 3 minute walk from the pilot we were camped out at.although it's a walk at your own risk kinda super sketch area but that's just dallas

They have no concept of time at this location. I have had a long drawn out experience everytime. It does no good to speak to management, they'll just stare at you with a blank, lost look on their face. Save yourself the frustration and go to a different Sonic location!

Food great, customer service a joke, had to ask to have my receipt. Refused to do desperate orders. Time to hire someone other than teenagers working the drive through.

The individual that took my ordercould not get it right. I had to repeat myself multiple times and it was still wrong on the screen. When I got my food I had to have them come back because there was no ketchup or marinara sauce and I got the wrong slushies. When I got home I found that I had jr. Burgers instead on the 1/4 pounders that I paid for so basically I paid sonic more than I should have for items that I did not receive. Very upset.

The un off Lancaster rd is very slow and they have teenagers working there with no motivation at all.

This is the Sonic that my girlfriend and I come to most of the time and we're never disappointed. Courteous service, reasonable wait, and great quality of food. Thanks Sonic!

Always a hit or miss with my drinks. I noticed that their fried foods all have the same aftertaste.

Don't expect much from a Sonic. This was unfortunately a new low. Wrong order delivered. Correct order bag soaked through with grease. The requested ketchup wasn't in the bag and even if it had been it wouldn't have mattered because the tots seemed rancid. Two stars rather than 1 because who cares about 1 star reviews and they didn't do anything worse than provide bad food and service.

This was the absolute worst Sonic as far as the food goes that I’ve ever ate at! I ask the cook to plz serve me some hot @ fresh fries. I think he purposely gave me some that were not even warm less known hot. SMH. I won’t talk about the coney @ corn dog I won’t be going back to that location. For real! Get it together

I had a craving for a cherry limeade. I parked and ordered chicken strip dinner.
They brought it right to my car. Really fast service and friendly staff. White gravy was a little watery but everything was hot and tasted good

The service was fine although some of the carhops were talking to one woman and playing with her food (they obviously knew eachother). That's what delayed our order, we only had three drinks, but other than that.
