Sonic Drive-In, Garland TX

Sat for thirty minutes at a console that apparently did not work. No sign saying out of order or anything. But to not be acknowledged but seeing everyone else being taken care of is disconcerting. So even though I love this place I will no longer visit this destination.

I have ordered my last order from here. 3 times for bad food. Bad customer service. And bad delivery time. 30 minute wait for food to be brought. Meat burnt. Asked for no cheese. Was given double cheese. Tots were cold. Ragged. And in pieces. They had been cooked for a while. Very very nasty. It's sad how this place has gone down hill. Owner appears to not be looking at how this place is run on the weekends. I understand a bad day every now and then. But lately this is consistent with nasty food and lack of good customer service.

The wait was so long for so many customers that went we finally gave up, there were 5 EMPTY stalls next to us with lights still blinking from people who left. We were given the opportunity to give our order after 30 minutes of waiting. Long enough for the red button to STOP flashing and we had to push it again.

Worst sonic ever! This was around 11: 20 pm and I already paid for my beverages milkshake and soda. Waited for 40 minutes to get my items and never got them. The staff not once asked if we needed any assistance or are we waiting on an order!? Nothing! I did not even get a refund because they were closing too! Worst experience and service! Please don't come to this sonic if you want to get robbed of your money and get no food!

They got my food out on time, it was fresh delicious and whoever's cooked my tenders needs to be a chef cause those were some crunchy and juicy tenders. Happy tummy happy day thank you Sonic

The food came out quickly and tasted great. The price is better than the other burger chains out there. The young lady that waited on me was helpful and friendly. Bring tip money! They deserve it!

Wait over 15mins for 2 drinks and 2 blast! They were quick to collect the $15 dollars of my order but it took too long, besides it was WRONG! So, I had to wait AGAIN. The blast was more like a shake and had to place it in my freezer when I got home, they may need more people or people that really wants to work.

Very slow been in drive through for 20 mins still not to window.hope order is right.nope gave me tea instead of the Dr Pepper I ordered.this is the reason people don't get $15 per hour.

Placed an order online, parked checked in and they took 1hr and 15minutes to bring just 3 slushies and 1 medium sized fries.after 1hr I decided to go up there and tell them about my order and how long I've been waiting.the employee didn't even apologized or anything all he said was, "I'll go get your order", told him that's what they said 30minutes ago.employee was very rude, like he didn't care. Never again going!

I would give this place 0 stars if that was an option. Terrible customer service, slowest place I've ever attempted to eat at! I say attempted because after 20 minutes I requested a refund and left! Will never go back!

I thought I was ordering Blue Powerade, but didn't & the guy changed my drink without even a bat of eye. So I will say this Sonic was super!

Came to Sonic for a shake since they have so much options. Just wanted a half vanilla and half strawberry shake. They said they couldn't do it. Kinda ridiculous. Will not be back.

Always slow. Never apologize for how long it takes even to answer the call from the red button. Don't recommend this location.

I order a burger with mayo and this is what I got. My husband's burger looked just like mine. I could not even eat it. All I tasted was mustard and mayonnaise. I asked for fries and got tots. From now on we are only getting slushes from there.

One of the best Sonics ever and I've been going here since they first opened this location at the Rowlett/Garland border on Centerville and Hwy 66! A special shout out to Rosa! She's been there since the beginning and she's super friendly and fast!

Awful service time and time again. 20 minute wat for a drink. You are better off driving to another location, it will save you time

Slowest sonic I've ever been to. Half the stalls are out of order and the drive through employees just let cars sit. Should at the minimum acknowledge and tell them you'll be right with them.

Seriously got burned chicken strip today. It took 20 minutes to get my food and the chicken was burned and onion rings were cold.

This place is a joke. Sat through the button timing out twice while the car next to me orders, gets their food, and leaves. I'll never be back. I can drive all the way to the other side of Rowlett to get Sonic and be back home before they take my order at this one.

They have copied McDonald's you can now get a Mcdoyble and tutor tots for 3 dollars and the tots are much better than the fries at mcdonalds
