Sonic Drive-In, Garland TX

Lately sonic has been adding more and more to their menu. They actually have pretty decent wings to compete with places like Buffalo wild wings and wing stop.

If you haven't tried their new menu in a while, doesn't hurt to check them back out.

Super fast! I have never gotten a order that fast. The food is great. Friendly service. More choices of drinks then I even knew existed. Check out the half price drink specials between 2 and 4. I like the chili cheese tots and my favorite drink is the Strawberry Lemonade slush.

Sonic is usually good wherever you go. However, this location struggles with quick service and their carside credit card machines rarely work.

Besides the time everyone walked out but 3 people so everyone was warned the wait was about a hour. The ice Machine has been down for over a month so they can't sell bags WHICH IS WHAT SONIC IS KNOWN FOR TO ANY ICE LOVER. How do you keep it Not fixed. Makes me question the food care.

I came in with a large order and had special requests for almost every item (very picky eaters in my family), not only did they get everything ready quickly, they got everything correct and it tasted great!

This particular Sonic is a joke. I worked there a month, and after being told to serve dropped food from off the floor to customers and Cici the crew lead treating me like I was a dumbass even though I've been doing this way longer than she could ever dream. Long story short no one knows what's going on especially the management the employees are stuck in the middle with no training "sink or swim" direct quote from the manager to a carhop who had barley been there a week. I spent almost 12hours working no breaks smoke, bathroom or any other kind.

The Lol Classic chicken was horrible chicken was super hard and the little bun had entirely too much mayo, Cherry Limeade was horrible too, and their get worse by the visit, the car hop was nice even though overall service was horrible.

The only reason I come to this one is because its. Lose to my house. Services is always slow and orders are wrong half the time.

Terrible service and overall management. I had to post and let you know how literally ordering to food service was garbage.

THERE ARE SOME GREAT EMPLOYEES AT THIS LOCATION, BUT YOU WILL ALWAYS HAVE A COUPLE OF BAD APPLE.

Always mess up my order and never want to replace or fix it, can't get them to answer the phone most of the time.

I've been to a lot of Sonic locations, all across and even outside of Texas.

My family has given this Sonic 3 chances.

Every visit was slow.

2 had mistakes in what we ordered.

The last took over 1 hour to receive a corn dog, cheeseburger, chicken wrap, and small tots. I really don't like to leave negative reviews, but this location is consistently disappointing and we will not be visiting again.

Service is the worst. Every time I come here it's one problem or another. Never the kind of service I get at other Sonic stores. Last time was 2 packs of ketchup for 5 burgers and a large fries. This time it's been over 10 minutes at the window and counting.
This time the bag had my burger with one napkin, no ketchup, and no mint. It took the carhop 5 minutes to bring me ketchup. Horrible service

This sonic always seems to take forever and forgets basics like napkins and ketchup. Quit being cheap sonic

Waiting over 30 mins for a blast and when they came to give it to me it was sticky all over the cup no whip cream. Horrible service.
