Sonic Drive-In, Pflugerville TX

It has become the normal here to be ignored when coming in the door. It's really sad when your made to feel your patronage is more bothersome than appreciated.

Service and food had been bad in the past but this was a excellent experience. I'll be going back here for now on

I asked for mayo only and of course there was mustard. I asked for lettuce & tomatoes and of course there were none!

The food was not right. I ordered a number 16, part of it was burnt, and there were far more eggs on it than there should have been. We also ordered two corn dogs, that were burnt. We asked for extra ice in one of the drinks, and it actually had less ice than normal. It just was not a good experience.

It took almost 15 minutes to get my food and no one addressed the wait. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and it was crunchy.

All I got was a cheesecake ice cream blast (?). It was pretty good especially the cheesecake part!

I came in here 15 minutes ago and ordered a mini cookies and cream milkshake and after eating 4 bites, there was only vanilla ice cream left, and pure white vanilla where as the top half inch was cookies and cream ice cream, but with barely any cookie bits. I just got off a 10 hour shift and this really put a damper on my night considering I hate vanilla ice cream unless it’s cookies and cream so I am just going to throw this out. Never going to this location again.

I had a great experience at this sonic drive in, my car hop was very polite and professional, she wiped down the button, she said her name was nadea, I would defiantly come here again

I ordered ahead of time through the app but when I showed up I still waited 25 minutes for my food. I had to call back in to make sure that I hadn't missed something and that they were in fact making my order. They finally brought it out and it was cold and incorrect. A failure all around.

The service was cool but the chicken sandwich I had made me incredibly ill and I was not able to keep it down. It ruined my stomach for a couple of days

Great food. Good people. I give him a thank you for putting their lives. For us, to feed all of us. So please when you go by there! Just give them a smile. And again thank you Sonic!

Okay at best. Service was good. Food has gone down hill in the last decade. I only say a decade because I only go there once every blue moon.

Went for a drink only. After over 5 minutes they finally answered the call only to tell me there is a fifteen minute backup! I explained i only wanted a drink and they said that didn't make a difference.

Not too happy with the Sonic. They advertised slushies as a special then after I waited an employee came out and told me their machine didn't work.

Great service every time. Love all the shakes! I like this location for the best, most consistently hood service.

Wow. The service is terrible. And the corn dogs were undercooked. So nasty. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I ordered a medium milk shake and it was only half full. I got cheated cause I thought I had gotten a small milk shake?

Food was cold. Didnt offer condiments. Drink was flat and not mixed well. Forgot my marinara sauce with my mozzarella sticks! Dont think I'll be returning to this establishment ever again!

Sonic is just Sonic. We used to always go there for the drinks and the ice and the great cups that kept your drink cold for hours. However, the last many years I've noticed the cups seem different and the drinks don't stay cold for hours and hours like they used to.

I ordered the footling Coney with fries and a Coke. Nice time in the he sevice. Food was good. Totally satisfied.
