Sonic Drive-In, Pflugerville TX

I ordered a chicken sandwich that was in the menu and was told they don’t sell chicken sandwiches.

We like the food for the most part, would rate it 4 stars, but a lot of the time the wait time is just unacceptable. On our last four visits the average wait time, for regular orders, no special orders, has been about 20-25 minutes. Not exactly 'fast food'. Luckily we're usually not in a hurry, and we do like the food (once we get it), but the wait times at this location need to be addressed.

This place is good for what it is.quick food for a pretty low price. They have a decent menu of items and a good selection of deserts. The Ocean Water and the Root Beer floats are my picks for their best items.

If you like getting charged for a water that is mostly just a cup full of ice and bad food this is the place for you

Long wait more than 10 minutes every time we go, 50/50 chance your order is correct. Only reason we keep going because they are open late and have decent deinks.

Really disappointed that I can no longer allow myself to go to this location. The wait time is ridiculously long. I used to stop for a drink everyday, but no more. I gave it one last try, but decided to cancel my order (for a drink) after waiting ten minutes. The employee simply said "okay" when I told her I'd waited so long and needed to cancel. There were only a handful of cars in the stalls.

Every time i come here no matter what i order it takes forever to come out.i’ve ordered 2 drinks and it took them 20+ minutes to bring out.when i order food it takes even longer.never been happy with the service here but it’s still better than the other sonic near me.i wish there was a sonic near me that cared about their customers.

If you are paying for anything with cash make sure the server keeps up with your money. I know I gave that guy a 20 and he lost it. Do one thing at a time.

Was craving their super sonic burrito and it was noon on a Saturday. It was good as usual, wasn't dissapointed

Awful customer service, they were very rude people. From the order taker to the carhopper and even the employees that were off duty just standing in the parking lot dancing all on top of cars and driving recklessly through out the parking lot. A very very bad experience

Night person taking orders needs to work on is personality.not what you expecting.
Also need to work on speakers on stall 10

I think of going to Sonic as the best treat for me and my granddaughter. She and I both love their cheese sandwiches and fries and then of course she gets the apple juice and I get one of their famous frozen strawberry limead's. We can stay or go its so easy and fast most of the time and if they take to long they have always compensated for it. I really like sonic.

They took over 30 minutes for 2 drinks & a small Frito pie. This isn't the first time we get stuck waiting for a simple order.

Good Hamburgers, hot dogs and onion rings. Drink Specials daily. Quick, courteous service.tip the servers!

Worst Sonic I've ever visited. Would rather drive 5 more miles to another Sonic, or just go to a different restaurant chain entirely. Poor management, bad service, takes forever when not busy, and never had an order they have gotten right. Sadly, it has been like this for several years. I know its just Sonic and I rarely review places, but this place is so bad that I felt the urge to give this place a horrible review.
