This spa company has got it right! My husband and I bought a house that has a jacuzzi hot tub 2 months ago. Spa crafters have taught me how to take care of everything associated with our jacuzzi; from water quality, running the jets and general maintenance! I recommend you contact them for any of your hot tub needs. They are simply the best!

Fred and his staff are amazing. I had lived nearby but never stepped foot into this store until I needed a very obscure part for an ancient hot tub that I owned. I had always assumed they only sold new hot tub units-I was very wrong. They have an INCREDIBLE stock of parts to repair pretty much anything you might need to fix. And on top of that, they are possibly the friendliest group of people I have met in recent memory. After just a couple of trips, they knew me by name and I knew theirs. I will happily return here for any thing spa (or even pool) related. Highly recommended!

This place was great, I have an old Coleman spa that needed a new blower and a touch pad, they had both in stock used at a good price. They were very helpful and very polite and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We have been using Spa Crafters for our spa needs for many years. We recently bought a new spa and the experience was, as usual, very positive. Not only did we get a great deal on a new hot tub, but we also got fast delivery and setup. It's what you should expect, but all to often fail to get. If you don't give them a shot when it's time to renew or repair your equipment, you're missing a great opportunity. BTW, we've also used them for smokers, and indoor/outdoor accessories and their service department has been great to work with as well.
