Spec's Wines, Spirits & Finer Foods, Plano TX

Went here because total wine doesn't like carrying cider in cans anymore.
Then they charged $8/more to use a credit card. Last time I'll visit a specs.

This place has a huge selection of everything and their dozen tamales in a bag are off the chain!

I would not shop here again! Usually go here 2 times a week an will never go back! I recommend total wine which right up the street cheaper prices, nice staff an very respectful

This is Spec's brand new store. Very large footprint and good selection. But, prices for craft beer are TERRIBLE. You local grocery store has better pricing and similar selection. I left Spec's due to the rip off pricing and went across the street to Total Wine & More. Total Wine has great prices, the best selection and a very clean and well laid out store. Spec's has reinforced that Total Wine is the leader in DFW.

Although I don’t like Spec’s as much as Total Wine, it’s still a great store with tons of product and great prices. I just wish their website allowed for live inventory at their stores like their competitor.

All that said, I probably shop at Spec’s more often, as they are Texas. Asked, and have more convenient locations for me. You definitely can’t go wrong.

Staff is very kind and professional! Also, this is one of the best stores to buy alcohol in bulk for weddings/parties.

Worst staff! Thursday morning. First and last visit to the store. They "don't know" and obviously don't care.

I asked for help in two different places in the store and I found friendly knowledgeable people both areas. And a third person asked me if I needed help so they were very attentive and of course it's a huge store full of all kinds of liquor beer and wine.

Between the outstanding customer service provided by Blake and Ben, special ordering my favorites, and making sure to stock my frequent purchases, the is no better spirits store than right here! It's like every time I walk inside, I'm treated really importantly. That doesn't happen anywhere else, this crew makes this location a special rarity, hidden treasure about business that usually totally lack customer appreciation.

Nice for the customers but don't expect to make a living wage working here. Just another retail job.

Very large selection of almost anything. I was able to find dry sherry and port for cooking amongst other things including double crème dessert cassis for kir royale.

What a great place to stock up on wines, beer, and speciality food and gourmet items. I can always count on Specs to have hard to find wines and beers.why go any place else. Prices are right in line, or frequently lower than their competitors, not that it makes much difference to us because the beer and wine brands that we stock up on here aren’t carried by anyone else.

Fantastic selection. Very helpful staff. Peter was a true beer expert. When you want something special or to expand your knowledge, stop here.

Just came back from this location. After I took a picture of a bottle to see if my brother was interested, I was interrupted by an older man who appeared to be the manager or supervisor and said "What do you think you are doing? " That was very off-putting, that's not a good way to introduce yourself and treat customers.this store will not get my business!

If you are in Dallas visiting from Oklahoma, this Specs is a great stop. The employees were friendly and helpful while remaining professional. We saved nearly $40 on a $140 order over Oklahoma pricing.

This place is way overpriced. Great selection of things but I was under the impression that they were a discount store. That is not the case at all. The local gas station beat their prices by several dollars and a 15 pack of domestic beer.

Love this location. Huge selection of liquor, wine and everything you need to go with them. Best prices and discount for cash or debit. Very friendly employees.

Best liquor store I buy everything I need from here staff is super friendly very down to earth. They got everything you need plus that bonus cash discount.

Their stock includes specialty beer and wines I like occasionally when most other grocery or bill box stores will not.

Great service and large selection of all spirits and beer at standard prices. Didn't look too hard at the Wine selection, but it looked fairly large as well.
