21Poor. Customer service by rep Luna. And mngr. Name Veney. I went to pick up equipment. I wasn't greeted nor explained what the steps are so that I can do this myself. I asked for instructions any who.hope it gives you what Happened.
They helped me save money on my phone bill. They went above and beyond my expectations. I had trouble switching over my phone, but they helped me out all the way through. Awesome service.
Bad customer service takes long the customer service talk each other they don’t care about customer it take us about one hour to get service
I went to pick up my equipment they didn't have it there so they sent me to another store and that other store didn't have it I drove all the way from Northstar Mall to huebner oaks and they didn't have the equipment I was looking for so I was really disappointed in their service. So I had to wait to it to get delivered to my apartment I didn't want it to get delivered to my apartment because of the fact that it's left outside and it's unsecure if someone is going to come by and steal it really disappointed really disappointed.
Got a phone here 17 days and haven't been able to make outgoing calls from home and these guys the store just give you the run around don't recommend this company.
Warning! Make sure you ask for receipts. A week ago I had went with my husband to pay our bill. According to the spectrum app we owed 304 for being late so we decided to pay as much as we can. He went in by himself and paid 220. Lady never gave him a receipt which I didn't know till later. Later on I check my bill and shows we paid 150 so I called and the customer service says he couldnt have paid 220 cause your bill was lesser i said well thats what it showed I owed. Today he goes and pays the rest 154 he asked the cashier about last payment and it showed he only paid 150. So lady ripped us off and top of that we still had to pay more money. I dont know how she looks but she does speak bilingual. I learned my lesson to next time go in too cause it seems like she was trying to distract him by saying I havent seen you in a while. Okay we rarely go to the office so how would you remember. Y'all know what I mean but any ways ASK FOR RECEIPT!
Very good experience at the brick and mortar store. Aaron was able to rebuild our online order for a bigger savings with a more suitable basic plan to suit our needs.
Customer service reps are awesome! Location is very clean. Good social distancing practiced in the store. Reservations for service have helped tremendously with waiting time.
Some jerk named Shawn was very rude. Tried to make a complaint about him. He told me i had to make my desktop computer wireless and that nobody would come out to my house because of the covid. He lied.
Did not have to wait long the girl that waited on me with excellent he was able to give me some advice and help me with my cuz my bill I was very happy and satisfied
Just had to return a box for my mother in law and a little wait but overall No problems. Business tip: could use more people to help customers. It was like 3 people in there and 15 customers and more coming in.
In and out in 10 minutes tops to exchange equipment! Sign-in process is simple (English & Spanish) and Beto - my rep was efficient and very pleasant!
Terrible lines most of the time. The staff is friendly, but they certainly could do something about thise wait times.

This place has its priorities out of order. There are about ten customers waiting and only two customer service agents to assist them. I guess our time is of no importance to them.
Arrived between 330 & 345 pm. About a 2 minute wait for my turn. Less than 10 minutes. Done
They are nicer in person. Had Spectrum Latino ($7.99) for when my 83 year old Mom comes over, but she is moody & leaves so I switched back to HBO. Which has a Spanish movie HBO channel anyways ($20.00).
Only one employee works everyone looks like there on break and it takes 30 min to a hour in a half waiting time no payment machice. Such bad service rudeness.
Super efficient check in service, and a customer service rep was right there to answer some extra questions I had to save some time at the counter. My wait time was approximately 5 minutes with five people in front of me in line. Amber did a great job answering all my extra questions as well!
