Is there ever not a line at a cable company location? ! There was here but the friendly, efficient staff kept it moving at a decent pace and I was in/out fairly quickly! The knowledgeable agent answered all my questions patiently and offered suggestions that made sense. For once I didn't feel like they just wanted more money, I felt like she really just wanted to make sure I had what I needed and not a bunch of stuff I didn't that I would have to cancel later!
