21Absolutely terrible experience. We walked in and the representative immediately began talking to us as if we were opening an account.no sales pitches or talking about contract or deals. We didn’t really know what the contract entailed! We were not being sold any products or deals. In fact we had to ASK about the deals we had read online they were currently promoting. It wasn’t until he was trying to charge us $500+ on phones when we realized what a terrible deal he was giving us. Finally at the end he “sold” us on coming back when the new iPhones came out in the Fall.but that wasn’t relevant to us since our previous contracts are through and we were trying to open a new account together now. We ended up at Verizon and got some amazing deals along with a student discount, free Apple Music and Disney+. Overall terrible customer service and mediocre deals.
Worse customer service I've experienced in 20 years with Sprint/T-Mobile. Told me their system told them I didn't have insurance to fix the phone; eventhough, they pulled up my bill and saw that I'd been paying the insurance monthly (had insurance for 5 yrs).
Didn't bother to solve the issue. "We're sorry we can't help you. We see you're paying for the insurance, but sorry. "
Erik and Zane were the best! They helped me with my phone issues, and were very respectful and explained everything along the way, I HIGHLY recommend you all come to this store and ask for them!
I was in and out which is something I absolutely love. Tony was phenomenal! He answered all my questions, had fabulous customer service and, (this is the most important part and the reason I will drive further to go to this store instead of the one 2 min away from my house), I had a question that he didn't have an answer for, he said that he had never been asked it, and instead of just rushing and saying yes or I think so, he said I don't know if you can but by the time we are done we both will. BAM honesty! That to me as a customer is priceless and that is the reason I will be using this store from now on as well as calling ahead to make an appointment with Tony. He is an asset to the store as well as your company.
Me and my boyfriend inquired about buying 2 phones today with a man named Javon. We made 3 trips to this store due to Javon’s inconsistency on the price which he originally said a flat rate of $200. Prior to arriving we called to confirm if they excepted cash and they agreed but once we got there he told us that we would need to have all the money on a card which left us no choice but to leave again. We notified him that we would most definitely be back and he agreed to holding them for us but when we returned 10 minutes later they were already sold. This made us very frustrated but we attempted to go to a different location however we are unable to purchase any phones because JAVON made too many attempts to get in the account. THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY INCONSISTENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Representatives should be held accountable for not honoring their word WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE
Extremly nice people, the whole story were very friendly, and absolutely no complaints what so ever, give sprint a try you will not be let down. Trey was fantastic salesman, and William was very helpful with settng up phones, Tony was very kind with cold water, and Charlene answered i phone questions while we aet up our phones.
Never ever take your phone needs to Sprint. It is by far and large, the absolute worst phone company in operation today. Sprint is driving itself right over a cliff and because of its bad policies and horrible customer service, it deserves self destruction.
Way to go Sprint. Devalue yourself to the point that not even Cricket would absorb your comany if you paid them to.
I highly recommend Daisy at the store on I20. She has helped us numerous times and goes out of her way to make sure we are happy and satisfied.
Was told i could easily come in and get
my phone screen fixed but once i got there, they told me it would be $100 and total replacement and they couldn’t even do it.ridiculous.what do i have insurance for
You may have to wait a few minutes to get served but once they understand your mission, they really try to take good care of you.
Daisy and Isaac are simply the best! They have a patience in their spirit that is very much appreciated by me and my mother. They helped us with new phones, tablets, and watches and spent a lot of time with phone assisting/technical difficulties. I will only get assistance from these too due to their eagerness, willingness, and patience and experience. We certainly developed a friendship over this week. They are awesome. Daisy and Isaac the tech makes Sprint worth it all!
Meghan Conant and Daisy Montes are great! They answered my wife and I millions of questions with understanding of every situation. They were very patient and knowledgeable. I have dealt with some horrible sprint customer service reps and sales reps before. But these ladies are superb! SPRINT MAKE THEM MANAGERS! Because the past manager I dealt with sucked
They did a bait and switch on me. Offered me a promotion that ended the day before and now I'm pretty much screwed. Stay clear of this location, they just want your money they dont care about you! I've had sprint for 3 years now and once my lease is up I will be going elsewhere.
I love Goran. I followed him from the Mansfield Store. He has Excellent customer service. Everywhere he goes he brings Excellence!
My visi to the store was really good. Them help me lot. The managers help me a lot with my account and I had issues for longtime. I recommend this location for your next visit!
Switched from Verizon to Sprint today. Usually this is a horrible process but the staff went out of their way to make this quick and painless. Store manager went out of her way to make sure we got everything we needed and more! Great store amazing staff.
So all the times I been here I always have a bad customer service experience this last time I went to buy a zagg $56 dollar screen protector and they put it wrong now they just passing the ball and no one wanna change my freaking screen protector!
Ramon C and Chris T provided excellent customer service! They were so patient with me during my upgrade process. I was skeptical about my upgrade, due to text messages I needed to preserve. They were very professional and gave me confidence that they were skilled in their area of expertise. After returning two hours later, all of my messages were transferred! Their knowledge, skills and professionalism is an asset to the I-20 Grand Prairie Sprint Store. It is truly because of employees like Chris and Ramon, I am a Sprint loyal customer!
Chris may be in training now, but I definitely see area manager in his future. He has my support.

They are extremely helpful, we go here for everything. But, it always takes us so long. It's not just an in and out.
The staff was very helpful and made extra effort to help my disabled mom. I highly recommend this store. The manager runs a good customer oriented experience.
