21Worst customer service for a phone repair that you have ever seen. You order a screen for my Galaxy S8+ and say it will be 3-5 days to get it, but it comes in, in 2 days, and call me at 12pm saying you can only hold it till 1pm on the 2nd day, and say that if you get another phone that comes in for repair that needs the screen, your gonna use it. WHAT? !? ! Was told they could only hold it one business day, but if I come in the next day, only 1 business day later, well we wish me the best of luck that I get there when u want me to get there, not when I can get there. Don't go to this store if u want terrible customer service. Called another Sprint repair center close by, and told them same story, and they told me they don't know why they would do something like that. Because they pretend to care, but really don't
