Starbucks, Houston TX

Disappointed in the cappuccino. The temperature was burning hot- almost burnt my tongue. Never requested extra hot. Also the amount of milk almost made it a latte. Cappuccino should be the easiest drink to make for any barrista!

Excellent service considering CDC GUIDELINES. Staff are at their best with "Welcoming Smiles". GREAT PROFESSIONALISM!

I want to shout out to Jessica who is the greatest batista I have ever met. Normally it's a hit or miss. I asked Jessica for a hot coffee with cream on the side. She went to a different level of customer service and steamed my cream without me asking her. Thank you!

They have 2 person making drinks, on a Saturday evening. There's a line of 20 person waiting. Damn

I come to this Starbuck everyday, a lot of times twice a day becauae I work in the mall and every experienceis AMAZING. But this morning I came to pick up my mobile order and there was more whipped cream than coffee. (I ordered a venti). When I asked the girl of she could add more coffee she literally rolled her eyes, and just took the whipped cream off. Now my venti cup was only half full with coffee and chocolate. I asked her to fill it more with coffee and she added more ice and the rest with almond milk, while the whole time having an attitude. I have NEVER had such poor service from this location. Every other batista is sooooo friendly.
I am very disappointed in the service this morning. I will probably not return to this location.

Just be prepared to wait because it can be a hit or miss with this location and I understand it’s located inside of a mall but when it’s no more than 2 people ahead of me and I’m waiting 20 mins for a simple cheese danish order. That can be a little nerving, polite staff just not always the fastest service.

This Starbucks is notorious for long lines. After waiting in line for at least 15 minutes, I ordered my drinks. A minute after I got my drinks, I asked them if I could get a water. They told me that I had to get back in line! Really? How long does it take to turn on the tap to give me water esp after I have stood in line to buy multiple expensive drinks. Customer service could greatly improve.

The staff acted like they could care less. I know this location is in the mall and it will sell no matter what - but guys act like you you give a damn.

Today I purchased 4 drinks! After waiting for 20 minutes I asked about my drinks.the response was ohhh our sticker machine was down.so then the girl making the drinks is like ohh here is the receipt.ugghh they make 3 of our drinks then we WAIT again.another 20 min for a strawberry lemonade
Seriously! We waited 51 min for 3 drinks

I love Starbucks but I went in the morning to get breakfast and 2 young people ignored me and made me wait. There is no line and no orders, finally a nice worker took my order and told the young guy to make me my food order, 10 min pass and nothing so I go to the front and the young woman and guy still ignore me and walk away the lady that took my order was restocking the store but she stoped and ask if I need it anything else and I let her know that I was still waiting on my food order
She asked if he ever did my order and he right away had no idea what was said
But I finally got my food and rushed to work

I don’t like workers who are going to ignore costumers and get upset because here Conversation got interrupted especially when they are not busy but talking to each other wile the one taking orders is doing both taking care of the store and costumers

The barista is the rudest person I’ve ever met. She had the worst attitude when customers told her she made their drink wrong, which she did. Then she snatched the drinks away from the customers and was arguing with them. Worst Starbucks experience of my life

My experience has been the best by far Mrs. Elois, Gabriel and Mrs. Myers service brighten my day, all the way! Needless to say my latte was perfect. The location is nice and clean I highly recommend this Starbucks over any in Houston!

I have had my coffee taken by other people like 3 times already. I order through the Mobil app then go pick it up. I had to wait like 30 minuets until they noticed my drink was missing. Because I had to tell them. The people there are very friendly most of the times, and I vist there often. They just don’t have great skill when it comes to having a lot of orders and people.

Food and drinks was great. The employees are friendly and helpful. I received my order in a timely manner. The place was a bit dirty tho

Placed an order through my Starbucks app they didn’t have what I ordered through my Starbucks app at this location and seemed very confused about even receiving an order through the Starbucks app, told me I could go to another Starbucks which they lied, walked back and forth trying to get my order I already purchased told me I had to go back to get my money refunded when I ALREADY LEFT. I purchased my order through the Starbucks app so the person didn’t know what they were talking about when they stated they were the “manager” but was very clueless about the whole situation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STARBUCKS.

The employees at this location are SO RUDE! I mean they act like I’m not paying for my coffee! They are always messing up my order And get mad when I ask them to fix it. I’ve been a regular customer for years and this is ridiculous.

Alex is the best barrista ever, she’s amazing at taking orders and knows how to make great drinks. She even got me into drinking coffee. I’ve never drank coffee until I got one from this Starbucks. It’s small and convenient, smacked right inside the mall.

Barista was very kind and service was excellent. In all fairness my visit was during a week day where the mall was empty. My Iced Chai Tea Latte came out great.

Just came to Starbucks in the mall. The sweetest barista, Dettrick, was so welcoming, helpful and patient with us country gals lost in the big city. Make the short treck. Its worth it!

Wowee! I’ve never drank a coffee as delicious as the one this store cooks up! It’s made with care and a talent that’s hard to surpas. This Starbucks is so lively and full, obviously because it’s in a mall, but even though it has such large crowds it still manages to keep up and “slay the dragon”. Shoutout to my barista Alex!
