26The employees were talking about something completely different and not taking my order or anyone else’s. We waited in line while a poor man looked st the cashier and waited for them to finish their conversation. Even we got in front of the cashier and started our order the cashier started talking to the other enployees half way through my order. By far the worst service I have received at Starbucks. This location is not a go to for me, everyone I have come here is been a bad experience.
This is a great place to take a quick stop and relax after a day of shopping. These baristas take a lot of attitude from several customers, however they still have kind and geniune smiles to display. It is VERY busy so please if you do stop by dont be in a rush or just use the mobile order instead. Personally for me, great experience.
Worst Starbucks location ever!
Have been a customer for years and never had such experience as today. RUDE staff, waited 40 mins and they were messing up all customers drinks, above all, they didn't apologize, were rude and blamed me for not taking the drink earlier or told them earlier. This location is a disgrace to the amazing chain, and the staff today were a disaster. Please Starbucks, fix this issue as this location is nearby my work.
The slowest Starbucks I've ever been to, by far. And I don't think they give a s#*t about how slow they were. In fact, I haven't even ordered yet and I have found the time to seriously debate weather or not to write a review, and complete this review. Oh well. Maybe, just maybe this will be the best cup of coffee I have ever had. Probably not
Make sure to get a receipt to prove you didn't get your drink. They said someone else took it. Was busy enough could have easily happened. They tend to be getting slower and slower during their busy hours. Over 30 min for one drink, drink was wrong, had to remake, but they are willing to remake it till they got it correct. Overall 45 min to snag a Starbucks coffee. Lost valuable mall shopping and wondering time. Quality of drink, superb.
