Please make sure to call this location BEFORE ordering from the mobile app. Either the inside is closed when you arrive to have to sit in a very long line, the items available on the mobile app aren't available at the location, or they're closed much earlier than stated. Please do better!

The line moved super slow. When I received my drink it looked a mess and tasted watered down. I understand that they’re busy, but it’s quality over quantity. As long as it took to receive my order, it should have been done correctly.

Placed a mobile order. Upon arrival a sign on the door stated that We would have to wait 30 minutes in the drive through to pick up our mobile order. Just go somewhere else.

Terrible service, takes so long to get your coffee and they are constantly not able to keep track of orders.

They are extremely slow since they are only drive thru. It used to be open inside for togo only but not anymore

This is one of my favorite locations in our Greater Heights area. The whole team here is super friendly. Nick waited on us and he was an excellent barista. The drinks were perfect! Thanks again!

Very rude, I was in line at 7: 45 and when I got to where you order nobody answer me they just completely ignored me, could of atlease told me they were closing after waiting in like for 30 min

The drive through is the worst I have ever experienced out off all the Starbucks I been to.what’s going on inside? But yes the car line is long and moves super slow don’t come here.

My Chai latte was good no complaints but the lines will put you to sleep in the drive thru. But I guess it comes with the territory. All good.

Slowest drive thru EVER. Don't bother getting off thinking its gonna be any faster. Because guess what, IT'S NOT.
Just as slow in the inside if not slower.
Hope your reading this corporate, it's time you step in. I'd suggest retraining the trainers. The are obviously not training new hires well. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO WASTE YOUR WHOLE DAY. WORST LOCATION.

I live down the street from this Starbucks but I rather drive 15 minutes than come to this location. They have by far the worst customer service, the whole staff needs to be trained on better customer service.

They not only botched my entire order, but burnt my coffee while doing it.
Friends shouldn't let friends drink Starbucks.

Lately this Starbucks drinks have been really watered down and staff is not very nice. I go after work so maybe they are just tired or something I don't know but the drinks seem to be getting worse. So far only this location is like that for me.

What can be said about Starbucks.it's always great. I get tired just watching the barista working so fast and making it look SO EASY! It makes me sad when I don't have the time to stop in and have a great cup of coffee.

Sun was shining brightly in windows at six to eight pm preventing us from viewing our lap top. We complained to Barrister Matt, reauesting to speak to Manager Ethan. Ethan failed to show up. Finally got in touch with Ethan, who refused to make empty seats available to us. Turns out non customers were hogging chairs in addition to chairs that they were sitting on in the shaded side of the coffee house. Coffee house does not have adequate sun shades to protect customers from the bright sun.

Extremely slow drive thru. Waited over 20 minutes for 5 cars on a Saturday afternoon before I could even order.

The drinks and food were fine.

Service was attentive, the construction caused traffic in and out a bit annoyed otherwise I like the place. My favorite drinks are green tea Frappuccino, green tea later and their new ultra caramel Frappuccino (I modified all the drinks to the extent and they tastes so good, the most expensive one is almost $11). If you are starbucks lover, join their reward program.

We waited 10+ minutes to put an order in @ the drive-thru window then it took just as long to get our coffees. Drive-thru operations currently are very poor for our 06/24/18 visit and should be addressed immediately; hopefully things improve soon.

Slowest Starbucks I’ve been to. Doesn’t matter if you go through the drive through line or wait inside.

The drive through service time is horrible. They really need to work on this I will never come back to this location and suggest going to another one close by if you don’t want to wait 30 minutes in the drive through for a cup of coffee behind 2 cars.
