26Oh my goodness! This location is awfully SLOW! Long line and baristas chit chatting. Awful experience
The barista had no idea how to make a light caramel frap. I had to tell her and she thought it was funny. Also waited in the drive-thru 10+ minutes.
Line too long. Barista couldn’t hear me, audio box was off. I placed order through app, it wasn’t ready.
The staff is friendly but a bit lazy when it comes to cleanliness. The restrooms need to be frequently attended to, as well as the condiment counter.
Parking is a problem and the drive thru service isn't all that great. I would suggest not to visit if you're in a hurry.
This location does not secure their lids. It was quite the experience spilling coffee all over myself on the freeway on my way to work. I wasn't even given napkins with my order. Thankfully, I had a few in my car. The surrounding construction adds to the lacking charm of this location. Perhaps avoid if driving thru or use dine in only. Clean up will be easier.
Friendly place great environment to hang out and they use your name and not just on your cup. They work well as a team to provide awesome service
