30 mins for an order when other ppl after me got there they forgot I even order untill they saw me and said have you order yes 30 mins ago and manager was sitting in lobby on her computer maybe she should see her staff need a lil more communication

I travel a lot, and frequent Starbucks across the country. I don't think I've ever been in a more unpleasant Starbucks than this one. Loud rap music playing. The LOUDEST staff imaginable, completely out of touch with the fact that there were customers. Dirty tables. Should I go on?

Good and fast service albeit inconsistent at times. Just depends on who's working behind the counter. Other Starbucks in town have better consistently good service.

Was the first person in line. Took 20 min to get two cups of regular coffee. Staff was totally incompetent! And arrogant! Won't ever go back. Will tell all of our friends how terrible this place and the staff are!

Thus far, my fave Starbucks. Great environment and friendly employees. Always fix my drink without complaint, if it isnt made correctly. Which happens once in a while when new people are being trained.

Perfectly fine Starbucks that was, unfortunately, out of line bars. The online app should have a more current understanding of a store’s inventory than it does, but that isn’t the store’s fault.

Would give negative stars. Not only was my order wrong. But was repeated back to me correctly one time then charged for the wrong order. Then as I'm putting my coffee in the cup holder the top comes off and scalding coffee all over my center console and my spouses coffee (which by the way was wrong) and after stopping in the Walmart parking lot to clean up my vehicle, then when I took a sip from my drink it doesn't have the hazelnut, or classic syrup. Wow, you will not have my business at this location again. The CSR at the counter and the barista are horrible images for this location.

Staffs were courteous. They have a wide variety of coffees and gifts like Starbucks mugs. All the hand written names are gone now. They print ur name with what we ordered. Attached store hours and mugs section.

Even if they’re not busy they never have the online orders ready when they’re predicted to be ready. They never have any Trenta cups and instead of letting the customers know they try and be slick about it and give you a venti. Honestly 0/10 wouldn’t recommend this Starbucks.

I've always had wonderful visits until this one. Waited patiently for my order, guy behind me gets his, I asked for mine he only has coffee they say I wait longer, what did you have one girl ask? I say latte and bacon sandwich, I wait longer then someone else ask same question, I point out again. The group is laughing, one girl pours out an espresso because no one says who it belongs to. I ask again they say oh here it is, grab my stuff go to the car and I have a sausage sandwich, I go back in say it's not my order, again they asked what I had, girl spends 3 minutes warming up my sandwich. The bacon was limp and cold. I left unsatisfied. My latte was supposed to have extra shot, my small cup was half empty. To bad I loved Starbucks, will be awhile before I spend my time with that store again. 10 am not that busy.

Just needed a little pick me up so I drove the nearest Starbucks to get me a mocha frappuccino no line whatsoever but it took over 5 minutes for someone just to take my order then when I got to the window no hi hello how are you the window was already open and she was busy talking to someone else took over a good 8 minutes just to get my frappuccino handed it to me I could have drove off but like a good person I paid and I did not get my change back she wanted to keep the tip for doing nothing not pleased will not be coming back to this Starbucks

I drove straight up to the speaker to order. I was glad because there was not a long line. Then, after I waited about 5 minutes, and I was frustrated and stuck in line, I waited 9 more minutes for an order they got WRONG (after they asked 4 times.) It was a grande coffee Frappuccino. Not hard. No changes no extras. Go elsewhere!

Been to this starbucks three times. They are extremely slow and it has always been an extended wait to get an order. Won't be going there anymore.

I usually have bad experiences at this location but todays visit was so pleasant I had to leave a review! Everything was made properly and RYAN at the drive thru was so nice!

Customer service is ALWAYS horrible! I took my kid there for a treat and we were tricked! Just before arriving, I attempted to place my order ahead of time & it was not available at this location at that time (5: 30pm). That didn’t discourage me as we still proceed to this location. We walked to the front door to find a sign that read, “inside closed… drive-thru only”…. Got in the drive-thru line and once we finally made it to place our order (5: 58pm) there was a sign there that read, “order at window”…. The day at the window was super rude.

Great staff and a great location. Even though it's pretty close to the ghetto side of town it's still pretty safe everybody over here is super friendly. The staff is awesome and attentive even when they're busy. Location stays clean and well maintained including the bathrooms. Lots of parking and is accessible friendly. Is located in the parking lot with other businesses and is easily accessible through those parking lots along with from the road. It's also easily visible from the road. Drinks are made very well.

This location has never gotten my order of a Carmel Ribbon Crunch with extra sauce and crunch correct. Pretty easy peasy, but never right.

Got there and ordered through the drive thru, the girl COULDNT hear me! Not sure if the girl has bad hearing or there system doesn’t work well. I had to repeat myself 20 times for EACH drink I ordered.anyways, when I got to the window the lady looked really mad! Then they said there system was down for the star scanning thing! So I bought $15 and didn’t get points! Wait.there’s more. I paid and didn’t get a receipt, you always get a receipt anywhere you go. I finally got my drinks. I got 2 Frappuccino’s that looked like water EVEN THO I said EXTRA ICE!
I had also ordered a venti iced matcha and they gave me a GRANDE so I gave it back to them.all they did was pour the grande matcha in a venti cup and filled it up with just MILK and all i tasted was gallon milk with no flavor! I hope this review helps them improvise

Placed a mobile order. Selected “in store” pickup as I was in a hurry. Got to this location and the inside was closed. Had to wait over 20 minutes in the drive-thru to get my coffee. By the time I got it, it wasn’t hot as it had been sitting out. Extremely slow service.

Just left this Starbucks they can never get my order correct. As well as their customer service SUCKS it’s the closest one to my house but I will avoid it and go to another location. I ordered a double shot espresso on ice with 3 pumps white mocha and caramel drizzle as I got the window they handed me a hot tall cup and I told them it’s suppose to be over iced and they just poured that drink into a venti with no caramel syrup and forgot my pumpkin bread and didn’t warm it up. Horrible customer service
