Would rate lower if could Ordered 2venti frappes with 2 shots of expresso in each had order repeated back to me and received 2 talls melted told them ordered was wrong lady at window laughed at me and said what do you want me to do about it? I told her I wanted my correct order that I paid for and what I received was being called a hick and then mocked amongst the original person who took the order and the lady who delivered the order we were given what you would give a dog literally nothing but whipped cream! All she did was pour the wrong drink into the venti cup and filled with whipped cream didn’t correct anything just mocked and treated us like dogs so I have called corporate 2 times now I’m waiting on return call now update received one call from them now waiting on the legal team…
