Bought my second car (Rogue Sports) with them in February and I was promised lifetime oil change but to my surprise, I was told it wasn't included in my contract when I came for my first oil change. The Sales guy who sold the car (Zach) told me he didn't mention it but I had my wife as a witness. Kudos to the management as they reached out to me and I got what was promised.

Lanny is the sweetest salesman he made my second car buying experience less stressful than my first at a different dealership he’s very determined to get you THE BEST deal on a car, and very transparent he had no problem showing me the carfax on the used car I was purchasing. He kept good communication and answered all questions and concerns, and very patient he makes sure everything is PERFECT before you pick up your car overall really great experience here go to Lanny!

The best place for services. I took my car in for noisy CV joint and some battery issues. They did a great job and washed the car also. Highly recommended

Maintenance department has questionable ability. Took my car in for repairs twice. Both times, they told me it was minor and did the minimal amount of work to get my car working again. While I appreciated the small repair bill, I was not pleased that both times, the problem reoccurred on the same day.

** I have updated to better explain the situation I've been dealing with. Mr. Shaw responded to my first post and has not yet responded to my voicemails or emails he had asked from me. I will be updating again as resolutions come.

I purchased a used car from this dealership, and had a Very poor experience. I regret purchasing here and financing through Nissan Finance in the store.

· I purchased a used "Nissan-certified" 2017 Nissan Rogue S. While negotiating prices, the sales representative insisted on including add-ons I did not want. Even though I told him several times I did not want these add-ons, he did not bring me a proposal that took them off. He failed to explain to me at the time of purchase that two of the add-ons were on the car (tinted windows and a wheel-lock system), and that I would have to come back for the other three during service hours. I was not told about all of this until the day After I purchased the vehicle when I initiated conversation regarding these add-ons. His communication was horrible in explaining to me what had already been done and what I would have to do for these additions I didn't want in the first place.

· As he was working to sell me on the car, the sales representative assured me that this car was very similar to another one he had shown me (a 2014 Nissan Rogue SV) except for looks and minor differences. He even assured me that there would be a GPS system in the car. There were multiple difference between the two cars, including no GPS system in the car that I purchased.

· When working with the finance department to purchase the vehicle through Nissan Finance, I was given horrible deals and should have walked away. Though my credit score was great for a decent interest rate, the agent tried to insure me at an unreasonable rate. After I confronted him about it, he tried to play it off that he would have to go through hoops and work with management to lower the interest rate. Eventually, I received a lower rate that was a little more decent, but the representative didn't even "confirm with his boss" as he assured me he would have to do to lower the rate.

· Also, the car I purchased is promised to include a $450 rebate.
Both the sales representative and financial agent told me that this would appear in my contract for financing. After looking thoroughly through my contract at a later date and even taking it into a local dealership in my hometown, I affirmatively did Not receive the rebate I was promised multiple times. In fact, my hometown Nissan dealership told me that the rebate was not included and that the deal I received for the car was unreasonable. I would never recommend buying from this dealership in the experience I've had so far with this business.

· Additionally, when I got home the night of the purchase (because I had to do this late at night due to work), I realized that the front bumper wasn’t even aligned properly on the car.

· Also, I wasn’t made aware of the crack on the windshield (though it was repaired) which I definitely would have liked to have been made aware of before the purchase. I believe they had the crack covered by a sales sheet.

· As I went home for Christmas on my 10 hour drive, only 2 weeks after receiving my car, the check engine light came on and has yet to turn off.

I am a recent resident to the area, a young single woman without family nearby, and did not have a person come and help me make the purchase at the time. This is my first experience in buying a used car, and I realize now how taken advantage of I was by this experience.

Take your business elsewhere when purchasing a new or used car.

I posted a statement not long ago in hopes of resolving some issues I have with the way these people do business. I will make this short. As a Christian, I forgive them for their dishonesty and I pray that God has mercy on their souls. It is not for me to judge them. Mike Shaw's previous response asking me to call him is below. I left him numerous messages to no avail.

Exceptional Service provided by Gonzalo Gomez on our Nissan Leaf. Even on a busy day Gonzalo managed to get our Leaf serviced. It is extremely difficult when there is only one Tech, experienced in Nissan Leaf. Thanks to Mario Reyes as well. Will come again.

First time being here, I am not coming back to this place. The so called service manager treat customers like they owe him something. Very unprofessional and very poor customer service. Chaotic inside the building. I have been to two other Nissan dealership in Houston. At least they were more friendly.

Pass it if you can. We bought 09 Nissan GT-R with all the scams. And services for the past 9 years with the same exact scam invoices of recommend oil change price, but final charge has always been $100 more? As this advisor couldn’t even explain himself. And just hang up, Adrian Canizales right!?

My husband and I went to 3 Nissan dealerships before we contacted Sterling McCall we had all but changed our minds about purchasing an Armada until we spoke with Poppa. We got a great deal and didn’t leave with that overwhelming car buying feeling. We left with our Armada and we have received 3 follow-up calls to ensure our satisfaction. We are so pleased with their service, the best ever.

Sterling McCall is close to where I live, and that is a big positive. Their inventory is huge. Everyone I met, including the sales manager, were personable and polite.

Everyone is always very friendly, every time I go I always run into my car salesman Mr. Patrick Nan's and he's always polite, a always asking how my car is running and about my family. I never wait a long period of time to get my car serviced I'm usually in an out within the hour.
If you want to experience excellent customer service go down to Sterling McCall Nissan.

Service was ok. Took too long and unsatisfactory. Could have been treated much better considering spent alot of money. I also noticed a small damaged area above Front Passenger wheel fender. It was not there before drop off.
