Sterling McCall Nissan, Stafford TX

They like to play games at Sterling McCall Nissan. The truck we were looking at was listed as one price on the website. When we got to the dealer the truck had over 2k in bogus options added on. We tried to negotiate a bit, but they were adamant about leaving them. We walked away. Not worth it.

Here today getting needed maintenance. Customer service is awesome. Snack bar is great if you are on the run and need to eat or grab a drink. Staff keeps you updated on progress of your vehicle. Two thumbs up.

Although this was not my first visit, it was the first time I sign up for service online. Great service, although it took an hour to get an oil change. Free snacks and drinks, and a very clean waiting room. I was even given coupons to use next time. I will definitely return.

I always get good service from the people at the cafeteria to my service adviser. I recommend this place to any body.
