Studio Movie Grill Spring Valley, Dallas TX

I've been going to this location for years. I go about once per week. They've recently upgraded their theaters to have larger, softer, recline chairs which are great. The food is also wonderful.

Attended a special speakers event on a weekday night. Opted to order food prior to the event start. Service was quick and Buffalo Chicken Salad and Chicken Breast Sandwich were very good. Prices are reasonable.

Small children in a rated r movie was anoying and also waitress little loud talking during movie and that's annoying

5 out of 5 WOULD RECOMMEND! No need to sneak in your own snacks here, you're covered with the delicious menu SMG offers. I had the amazing crispy wings in sweet thai flavor & the were definitely AMAZING! $5 house margaritas we AWESOME too!

They are way too high on price with very little to choose from as far as movies. I think your paying for the incline seats rather then the movie. Food was ok but like i said way to expensive for everything i will not be attending this one again

WW84 was the bomb. Had a wonderful dinner and a movie time with the family! To all that reads this, be safe and God loves you.

Decent experience, food selection seemed a little more limited than other SMGs. The chairs definitely need replacing but they're working on that. Screen and sound seemed great.

I was not very happy with the service. The movie we saw was good but the service was lousy! I had to call the manager to get our drinks and the manager told us he would have the drinks taken off the tab but that didn't happen. They need to improve on their service.

Granted, when we went to SMG, it was on Christmad day and they were busy. We ordered our food fine. I ordered a burger with a side of mustard. They brought out our food without the mustard. I asked for it again. I waited about 45 mins and asked for it again. After waiting over an hour waiting for the mustard, I just ate my food. When they brought out the check, THAT'S when I was brought 2 sides of mustard. This has happened before at this location. They upgraded their seats but the service has gone downhill. They dont have enough servers taking orders, especially in a large theater. All in all, atmosphere, food and service are 3 stars. Seating gets 4 stars.

Today 12/27/18 6: 15 Aquaman @ Spring valley.horrible service! Everybody was complaining, we all got our food super late, we waited 45min for a DRINK.rude servers.

Food and experience were great. The only reasons I did not award five stars were due to the tray tables (not a fixed counter, each tray table swings in front of the seat. DO NOT temporarily set your drink up here, mine almost slid onto my daughter.) The bathrooms were also messy, but it was a SUPER busy night (Christmas Day) that was probably under staffed and the workers were very busily trying to keep up with the bathroom crowds. Not something I'd hold against them, I'd definitely go back

Thanks to Moviepass we come here all the time! Theater is usually clean but the service is lacking. We have had our food orders forgetten twice now.

Great place! Clean areas and the bathrooms are great. The food is way over priced but that seems to be the only problem, and you aren't required to buy food. You can ask for free water in a cup at any point without getting up! Great deals on Groupon.

My fiance received his food and I Never got mine even after asking several times! My fiance also asked for sauce for his meal several times and never received it! This is by far the worst Studio Movie Grill I've Ever Visited And We Will Not Be Returning! Get More Organized!

The movie was great food and service was terrible. Got our entrees but never got our appetizers. Order was made wrong. I will say that the manager came and apologized profusely and comped our meal and gave us free tickets for another time plus a free meal. So sometimes it's how u handle the problem that makes the difference.

Used to be good but not anymore. Dirty theaters, food went downhill and the prices went up. Staff looks like they'd rather be anywhere else and the moviegoers are starting to act ghetto here. The security guard laying against the wall will make you feel more secure though.

Really wish they could do a briefer menu with better food. I understand theaters make their money from concessions. I just think they'd make more money and have fewer complaints if the food was better. Anybody ever see Restaurant Impossible on Food Network?

Go for the movie not the service, good chance you won't get your food until the end of the movie, had to constantly remind them for my drink and dessert. Dont bother going unless your going for the movie.

No stars. Omg you eat in the dark on a tray table hooked to the chair and the food prices were like you were at an applebees. 4 people 100.00 bill for chicken tenders, sliders, a salad and personal pan pizza. Felt ripped off.

Well they took about ten dollars from my payment. Total was 27 I have 37 and never received my change
