Studio Movie Grill Spring Valley reviews
37We normally go to the Royal Lane Studio Movie Grill and we decided to give this one a try. It was a mistake. The servers didnt seem like they wanted to be there at all. It took over 39 minutes to get a drink, Dr Pepper, refill and when we asked for some extra sides they were a little rude about getting by rolling their eyes and sighing. The movie was great, to bad the service wasn't
Food was cold when i received it. They even my order wrong. The seats were terrible, werent reclined and we saw that they were reclinable. A supervisor told us.
Not bad. The lights never go low enough to emerse yourself in the film, the ticket prices keep going up, and they no longer play first looks or anything other than commercials before the film and previews. But the seats are somewhat comfy, staff is nice, and there's food. I'd go back
Food tasty but ranch dressing was spilled over my plate. Ice cream Sundae was good. Cleaning of Theater was slow and incomplete.
The movie experience was okay. But the food is really bad. I've been her 3 times and regretted ordering food all 3 times. It's kinda overpriced for what you get too. But I pretty alright movie experience with comfortable seats and convenient push button for service. So in short super good to watch movies but don't order the food.
Went and saw Halloween today, we usually by a Groupon for movie tickets, so it's a good deal. They have a bar if you want a drink while you wait to go in. You can order food from your seat in the movie.
I ordered only a medium popcorn, not only did we ask 3 times during the movie, but they never got it, and they wanted to charge me For large on my ticket. Really bad customer service.
If you like eating or having a drink at the same time you watch a movie then this might be a place for you. When I lived in Dallas this was one of the theaters I would go to after work sometimes. It was this and the Alamo Drafthouse. The movies are good but the food is just okay. I thought the service here was decent as well. You can even get there early and hang out at the bar until your movie starts.
Staff was great. Some folks behind us was trying to skip their tab. Folks.really! Nothing is free. If you eat you pay. Food does not come with a movie ticket. I would go back. You guys handled it better than I would've.
It's been great but lately the service has been bad. One time my food came 1HOUR into the movie even though we kept asking. And now just constantly my drinks are late
Show is good, food and service poor. Waited 45 min to get it served and was cold. This has become the common experience. Next time eat at somewhere else and just have a drink and watch the movie.
Theater is very cramped and disgusting there is always trash under the seats floors are so filthy your shoes stick to it when you walk from sodas and food being spilled mentioned it to one of the staff members and they said oh that's clean evidently they don't know what clean is very horrible customer service
Uncomfortable seats. Trays in disrepair. Servers regularly impeding view despite no one requesting to order.
Well upon getting here it looked good. However once we got into our theater 14min before the movie started, it was an absolute mess. There are still crumbs on many of the tables from the previous showing and crowd. The seats also very dirty and the theater (5) has a very interesting smell to it. My movie starts in 5 min and I def won’t be coming back or eating here.
Loved it! Watched the screen play of the Green Book and it was awesome! Got to watch 30 days early. Wonderful Movie, and excellent service!
I ordered a drink, didn’t come after 20 minutes, ordered again. Moral of the story, never got my drink.
Great spot, great food.but The age restriction is rediculous. May as well go to age 7+ years because Children are still louder than my 13 month old.
