Darrell Cooper is fantastic. Friendly, accommodating and professional. I requested a test drive online and Darrell responded quickly and worked around my schedule. The car was ready and waiting for me when I arrived at the dealership. Subara of Grapevine is truly 5-star. Excellence from top to bottom. I've bought many cars over the years and this was the best experience I've had.

I purchased a used vehicle from Subaru after a nightmare experience at a Ford dealership trying to purchase my deceased moms leased vehicle with cash. They treated me so bad I got up and walked out and vowed to never do business with Ford again. I was not sure what I wanted and when I found it at Subaru of Grapevine I sent an online inquiry. Shane reached out to me and we began communicating via text message right away. He answered every question timely and was more then happy to address my questions and requests. He had the car pulled to the side of the building when I arrived and we had already agreed to a price. I requested a finance application to see what kind of deal I’d get and he immediately had that emailed to me. Shane was extremely polite, not pushy, very informative and took excellent care of me. I had to drop my moms vehicle off at Ford in order to come get mine a couple days after I finalized the purchase. Shane came to Ford and picked me up. He called to make sure everything was good after my purchase. I had a fantastic experience with Shane and I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase from this dealership! I have never felt inclined to write a review for a dealership before, but for once I head an excellent experience and worked with a fantastic salesman. I HIGHLY recommend Landon to anyone shopping, he was super knowledgeable, friendly, and I got zero hard sell from him which was a really nice surprise. Cannot recommend working with him enough, as many other reviews have noted.

Sean has been working with me since March 2018 to get me into the highly aniticiapted 2019 Ascent as soon as it rolled out. It was a long wait, but seems to be well worth it as I just drove home my new Ascent Touring this afternoon. Beautiful SUV, drives fantasticly, and I'm thrilled! Sean was super helpful getting me aquianted with all the new technology, and the dealership facility is really nice. The service center is super clean and impressive. I highly recommend!

Worst dealership for Subaru in DFW area.

I bought their anniversary version Legacy, and they made all types of promises, and when the car had an issue I found their true colors. They struggled to give me a loaner and told me stories.

Don't bother and waste your time here.

I just had my car serviced for the first time, Michael answered all my questions. The waiting rooms are nice, you can even look out to the garage, and watch them service your vehicle. They even offer discounts to veterans. I’ll be going back, for all my service needs.

I could have not had a better experience buying my first car than I did with Subaru Grapevine. Landon Adams was phenomenal. My Dad and I came in for A YEAR, asking questions and looking for the best options, to the point I wondered when Landon would give up on us. I never felt pressured or like a bother. I felt I was well informed and was given patience over this decision. I felt very well taken care of in purchasing my first car and I LOVE my Subaru.

Got me in and out on my 12000 oil change for my WRX in just over an hour. Even patched a nail I had in my tire at no charge. They go above and beyond. Great service.
