I went in today at 5: 30 pm with my nephew to cut his hair and we were turned away. They close at 8 pm and said that since we did not have an appointment they could not service us because they were booked. There were 3 customers when we walked in and I did only see 1 person cutting hair. More staff may be needed but if there is 2.5 hours to close I don't see the need of turning me away. I ended up going down the plaza to Sport Clips instead. Extremely disappointed.

I get my hair cut and it was super, the lady (Lul) she did my hair it was so nice and kind, thanks for everything
