Great customer. Assisted by Karla and Denise. Very knowledgeable about type of plans and about the phones. We are very pleased with our phones, plan and the great customer service.

My sister and I went today to upgrade to the iPhone 12, and we were helped by an amazing employee names Chepo (sorry, if this is misspelled). They provided great customer service and were really helpful in guiding our purchases!

Every time I go to this store they are amazing. Fantastic customer service. I wish I could remember the name of the girl that always helps us out she the one with the nice nails lol. She is awesome and she's always very helpful and very nice. I will continue to go back to this location because of the way they treat us.

This place and the people that work there are trash. I bought a phone that was defected just 2 months ago and the manager, yes a manager lied about my phone not being covered under warranty and I asked him to show me where it said and he (Jonathan, tall clueless guy) showed me and he was wrong and he STILL did not want to order me a new phone. I don't trust any of those people that work there, much less TMobile.

My mother and I just switched to T-Mobile after a decade with another provider. The dreaded store visit was actually pleasant and - dare I say - FUN! We stopped by the Riverside location on a weekday and were lucky enough to have the help of both Cesar and Stephanie. They were beyond amazing! Patient and informed, transparent about the plans and promotions and happy to entertain my elderly mother's "unique" questions.

They saw our switch through start to finish, quickly resolved some unexpected kinks and even followed up the next day to make sure everything was working properly. TOP-NOTCH SERVICE!

Horrible customer service. The manager conned me into buying $150 worth of accessories under the guise of being a necessary part of a promotion. I left the store feeling uneasy called customer service and found that I didn't need to purchase anything additional. Went back and he told me that it was his mistake and he was referring to a "older promo". When I asked him to show me this old promo he conveniently couldn't find it. He admitted it was his mistake, but didn't admit to conning me. He did nothing to make it right. He was hoping I'd walk out and he would make his numbers and I'd never know. His attitude was just as bad as his knowledge of his own companys promotions. I'd recommend going to another store.

I purchased an LG Q7 here last summer and the 2 sales men that "helped" me, lied to me, telling me that the phone has wireless charging capabilities, which turned out not to be true. I wasted the following afternoon looking for a charging car mount for nothing. You can't even take sales people's words on simple description of products, this is ridiculous. Then I purchased insurance for the phone (at another T-Mobile store) and was told that the deductible would be $20 if the phone was damaged and $100 if lost or stolen. This was also wrong, it's $100 regardless. These people can't be trusted.

For Tmobile in general: all representatives are polite but still had to go back and forth with a SUPERVISOR about a payment arrangement miscommunication for almost 30 minutes. After resolving that, I went back into the store, presented a MELTED usb charger and the response I got was, "we have to sell you one. " No extras lying around or warranty replacement. Booooo!

This location has really terrible customer service. People here are often having angry conversations with staff. Some staff seem mean spirited, and they talk openly about customers amongst themselves in front of customers. This is my third trip here because of issues with a brand new phone. Also will be my last trip. Go to the location on 7th Street instead. You'll be better taken care of.

I went there yesterday to see if I could change my phone number. The employee there told me that it would have be free if I were to call customer services which it wasn't. In my opinion the employees didn't seem to eager to help.

Han is the man! He made arrangements to go to my place after work which is super convenient. He replaced the cracked screen on my iPhone in less than 15 minutes. I definitely will go to him again and recommend him highly!

Great people that work there, went in to buy a cable, I forgot mine at the hotel, and they offer to charge it for and wouldn't even take a tip. Thanks so much guys.:)

Worst service ever. They just wanted to sell a service that didn't work, and the manager even told us that it worked perfectly. When the service didn't work, we went to ask if we could cancel the service and they say they couldn't and that they won't give us a refund. I'm angry because the manager didn't even want to talk to us. If you need something, do it online or by phone, they are by far much more helpful and nicer. And for the refund, call your bank, they will make sure that they don't charge you for a service that won't work.

Les recomiendo a todos si necesitan algún servicio háganlo por Internet y librense la molestia de ir. Se ahorrarán mucho dinero y no tratarán con esa gente mentirosa e hipócrita. Si tiene algún problema, contacte al servicio al cliente de t-mobile, y si quiere un reembolso hable con el banco. Ellos les ayudarán a resolver el problema que la gente de esa tienda causa.

Fuimos a preguntar por un servicio, y la mujer que nos atendió nos ofreció uno que aseguró que funcionaría y hasta llamó al manager para confirmar que funcionaba. Basta con saber que el servicio no funcionó, y cuando preguntamos si podíamos cancelar el servicio nos dijeron que no se podía, que no nos devolverían el dinero, y el manager ni nos quiso atender.

I have been going to this location to pay my bill and every time I go there everyone is really nice! Today I changed my phone and the girl that was helping me Melisa Stayed over 40 min extra for me! She was so nice and helped me all the way!

I payed and asked if they could change my plan. My phone had no connection for 2 days because they forgot to change the plan although they said they did the moment I was there. Had to go back again which was a little annoying.

Music is super Load this is not a club. Unprofessionall employs given you the worse costumer Service. Do please be aware they just want you to buy phone nothing else. Make sure you don’t get ripped off on you’re first Bill
