21 After some very poor experiences with the T-Mobile on 41st St.in Austin, TX (seriously - sketchy sales reps and rude managers. I dealt with them upon signing up for T-Mobile and actually had to call the corporate office to report them. That's a separate review for another time, though ;).
However, as a result of this poor in-store experience, I lost a little bit of faith in T-Mobile and honestly, regretted signing a contract with them. It's people like Gabe T.and Stephanie S.though who made me feel not only happy to be a customer again, but also like what I said and my issues at hand were - *GASP* - important! I genuinely appreciate their interest in trying to help me out with my phone device-related issues as well as reviewing any contract/phone questions that I had (and everything else, as I'm not exactly a phone guru haha.)
All in all, great staff! These two are especially knowledgeable and personable. I couldn't have asked to be assisted by a better Team. Give them a raise! (A big one!) Include Jennifer in this raise as well, as she was super courteous and informative as well! I appreciate her kindness as well as everyone else's.
