Taco Bell, Tomball TX

What can I say it's Taco Bell and to top it off it's a bad location Tomball. The person taking my order was extremely rude. Even got us the wrong drinks just a horrible experience I know why I don't go to Taco Bell in Tomball. They really need a better manager or District person or Regional person running that store

The girl who waited on me had bad attitude, acted like I was disturbing her.also my food was burned.

Friendly staff, clean place, freshly cooked and warm tacos, great job. All taco bells should be like this one.

Not the first time. This place makes skinny tacos. I only come here because it is the closest to home. Barely any cheese in here. The store on 290 at skinner is so much better.

This is my favorite Taco Bell in the Houston area. The store is always clean inside and out. The food is great. Other fast-food restaurants could take classes or training from these employees they understand Customer Service. I happened to speak to their Area Manager a while back and told him this as well.

They keep forgetting one or two parts of my order. The food is still good, but they keep screwing up the order.

2nd time i walked in and they didnt have reaper ranch tacos why still advertise it take it off the menu it'll be the last time i ever stop there again

I asked for my item extra toasty, and I got my item extra toasty, 5 stars! They also added extra meat to my order for a minimal fee.

This is the most cleaned and friendly staff here. Food was excellent. I was able to breathe freely. Some locations have mold and dust everywhere. I enjoyed eating in for once. Thank you so much for that.

The gentleman at the front counter is a warm welcoming presence for the store.

Johnnie and Quinton were superb.very friendly and helpful with a late night order for a small crowd. Johnnie was very helpful with multiple order selections and Quinton was very nice to make sure the one extreme no cheese order was prepared correctly.these gentleman went above and beyond. Very friendly and made sure we had all we needed and made it to our satisfaction.thank you Johnnie and Quinton

Good experience today! Good staff and manager help me today order something not on menu! The chalupa cravings deal you have to order it's not on the menu anymore. Clean safe free parking good experience

Garbage. Employees barely care. Have waited 40 minutes for my small order, and the entire building is complaining about theirs. No ice in the fountain. Not even chilled soda.

I’m a taco Brel junkie! This Taco Bell stays open later than most in the immediate surrounding area. Great fast food at a great price!

I have not eaten in the restaurant but the drive-thru service was perfect. Also all of the ingredients in my burrito were evenly distributed, this has never happened to me at any other Taco Bell.

Unfortunately kept getting our order wrong after the 5th time of correcting it we finally had the right food but I do have to say their food is fresh

I haven't eaten here in years. I was pleasantly surprised. The service was a little slow. But considering was lunch time they did well

I waited for over 20 mins to get a bean burrito with extra cheese. Part of the reason it took so long is three people came in with mistakes from the drive thru. First they brought out my burrito with cheese sauce on top of it. I told them no I wanted extra cheese then they brought a meat and bean enchilada when I told them that was wrong They said that's what I ordered. I gave up and got my money back these people are clueless!
