27The food is great but a few times they've forgotten to give us something and when you tell them, they want the receipt and we never keep the receipt. So we pay for something and never get it.

At least 1 per week, maybe 2 since 1974. However, that incudes about 1,000 of the old formula "encharitos. "
The food was terrible it took too long to get and it not look nothing like the TV commercial I mean it was thin as a piece of paper on the commercial it's thick as a phone book
After 25 mins waiting for 3 tacos I walked out. Didn't even bother telling them or asking for my money back.

After going back a few times. Yes. I love the bell. This restaurant has proven to be fast and consistent.
The drive thru customer service slow and not friendly. After driving off I noticed they did not hand me my drink. I walked in and told cashier I did not get my drink thru drive thru. Her reply, "You want me, get your drink? " With that attitude I told her no I can get it myself. I don't want spit in my drink!
Ridiculous wait time for my food. Waited over 25 minutes just to get it. My groceries in my car thawed out and on top of that they do not carry Dr Pepper anymore. This has been the worst service ever from a Taco Bell, will be going to the cypresswood location for now on.
Not at all happy that they don't have Dr. Pepper anymore. I really hate Pepsi products so this alone will be enough to never come back to Taco Bell. They messed up my husbands burritos twice. Seems to me these people need to be trained better.
